Designed specifically for advanced permeation studies and long-term culture of biopsies, ReleGO offers high-translatability alternatives within the field of New Approach Methodologies (NAM). The session combines theoretical deep dives with essential hands-on training on our critical components and specialized models. Workshop Segments 1. ReleGO System Deep Dive - High-Level Overview: Positioning ReleGO within the NAM landscape as the platform for high-translatability and human-relevant data. - Core Functionality: Technical focus on the microfluidic features that enable stable long-term biopsy culture and advanced permeation studies. 2. Technology Showcase: Hands-On REVex Chip Assembly - Guided Hands-On Session: Attendees will practice assembling the REVex chip. - Set up a permeation study/long term culture study (demo) 3. Specialized Model Case Studies - REVskin: Introduction and case studies showcasing the performance of the full thickness skin-on-chip in vitro model. - Wound healing model: Presentation of the functionalized pre-wounded skin model and its use in wound care applications.
