Kristy Coward is the Director of Organisational Safety and Wellbeing - Strategy and Performance at the Department of Education. With a background of over 20 years focused on injury management and corporate health programs, Kristy brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She was instrumental in launching the department Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy in March this year, demonstrating her commitment to enhancing safety protocols and promoting holistic wellbeing within the department. Kristy's strategic vision and dedication to fostering resilience and inclusivity make her an invaluable leader in creating a safe and supportive environment for all staff and students. Her efforts are instrumental in ensuring that the department maintains its commitment to excellence in health, safety and wellbeing practices.
