DATTA Workshop Presentation on the H2 Grand Prix Series 2024 – 2025 by Horizon Educational.
The presentation will be an overview of the H2GP Pro race in Gladstone in April 2023, and May 2024. Showcasing how this program has introduced students to a learning package that teaches real-world applications in renewable energy, with a focus on hydrogen. This program aligns with the Queensland Government's plan to be 70% powered by renewable energy by 2032. Enabling students to have a learning experience in the STEM education field. This type of education allows students to learn about environmental sustainability, renewable energy, and alternative fuels through a variety of science experiments and curricular materials.

Biography
Ales Rakovsky is the Managing Director for Horizon Educational APAC and has been involved since the inception of the H2GP first race held in 2023 in Gladstone. Since the first race there are now 7 races throughout the APAC region happening and counting. As the race to reduce carbon emissions continues this real-world application offers a solution to educating our future workforce.
