Presentation description
With the introduction of the revised 2025 syllabus for Engineering and schools starting to develop assessment, this workshop is an opportunity for teachers to bring a model Engineering Report for either IA1 or IA3 and go through the confirmation process to help ascertain what does (or doesn't) align with the ISMG.
The hope is that teachers can collaborate to develop assessment expectations prior to the first confirmation event in 2026. This is critical as the task requirements are substantially different to the 2019 syllabus and no exemplar from QCAA.

Biography
Rowan has been teaching for 20 years in the Design Technology area and delivering Engineering since the 2019 Syllabus was introduced. He has been a QCAA Confirmer for the past 5 years and is passionate about sharing resources and knowledge so all students benefit.
