Presentation of a Hands-on workshop in the designing and drawing items including clothing, textiles, soft furnishings and accessories. How to use markers and other colouring items to demonstrate surface characteristics of materials, 3D properties such as drape. Will look at drawing skills for Illustration and presentation style as well as production drawings style from different viewpoints. Workshop will discuss the types of projects that use these skills and how they can be used in both Senior Design and Fashion as well as the Junior strands of Engineering and Fibre and Food.
