Md Badiuzzman has worked in different roles encompassing teaching, educational administration, planning, execution of new ideas or business tasks, research, and ICT project management. He started his career as an ICT professional, then a teacher, and finally switched to academic management and research. He worked as co-founder of two educational institutes in Bangladesh (www.mangrove.edu.bd and www.imperial.edu.bd). MD Badiuzzaman obtained a diploma in computer engineering and a bachelor's in electrical and electronic engineering. After obtaining a master's in industrial engineering and management, currently, he is continuing his PhD at UNSW, Sydney as a Scientia PhD candidate. His research area is Technology and Family-School partnerships. Besides, he works as a digital accessibility researcher at UNSW business school. Md Badiuzzman is keen to analyse and develop educational technology (software/hardware) to support learning and academic operation. He has published his research works in several international journals and conferences. Mr Badiuzzaman also serves as a casual lecturer at King's Own Institute (KOI), Sdyndey.

Biography
I am a Senior Lecturer (education focused) at School of Marketing, UNSW Business School. I am passionate about improving student educational experiences, especially applying principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). I am currently the UNSW Diversity Champion for Disability.
I lead a Digital Accessibility Enhancement project, to review and improve the accessibility of UNSW teaching and learning websites and courses. I produced a Digital Accessibility Guides for Learning at UNSW. I also designed and developed a module “Using Universal Design for Learning in your course”, a self-paced professional learning module for all UNSW staff.
My research focuses on consumer behaviour and behavioural science, especially on how to trigger behavioural changes and people’s decision processes. My research has appeared in the Journal of Consumer Research, and Journal of Marketing Research.

Margaret Blackie is an associate professor in the Centre for Higher Education Research, Teaching and Learning at Rhodes University. She holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Cape Town and a PhD in education from Stellenbosch University. She has an established research profile in both chemistry and in higher education studies focusing primarily on STEM education. She taught chemistry at Stellenbosch University for 12 years before moving into higher education studies.

Dr Suzanne Bonner completed her PhD research in fertility and family economics, with a focus on applied econometrics and policy evaluation. Suzanne joined UQ as a teaching focussed lecturer, where she currently provides her expertise in teaching cost-benefit analysis to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
As a teacher in economics, Suzanne focuses on the expansion of student’s knowledge to achieve real world application of economic theory and construct connections between students and the global economy in a constantly changing world climate. Suzanne has more recently focussed her research on the teaching and learning of ethical perspectives in decision-making.
