Keden Montgomery is a PhD candidate exploring the lived experiences of women from rural areas studying nursing online. Keden is the Head of Discipline: Bachelor of Nursing at Charles Sturt University. Keden builds her academic and research profiles through prioritising strong partnerships with community, industry and students. Keden's academic focus is on collaboratively reviewing, developing and implementing the Bachelor of Nursing program, which services a wide footprint across regional, rural and remote areas.

Biography

Dr Basil Cahusac de Caux is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the American University of the Middle East. He is an expert in East Asian sociolinguistics and is currently researching the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on doctoral candidates and early career researchers. Basil is co-editor of Research and Teaching in a Pandemic World (Springer, 2022) and Wellbeing in Doctoral Education (Springer, 2019) and author of numerous research articles in the social sciences.
