Sophia Xenos is Deputy Dean, Teaching and Learning at RMIT University in Australia, distinguished for her leadership in advancing innovative and evidence-based education in health and psychology. With over two decades of academic and clinical expertise, she has pioneered work-integrated and clinical education that actively shapes student employability and professional identity. Sophia has led the development and expansion of accredited psychology programmes, including strategic initiatives connecting Melbourne and Vietnam campuses, and has been instrumental in embedding interprofessional collaboration and mental health expertise into curriculum design. Her contributions include securing major teaching awards, leading national and international research projects, and forging strong industry, policy, and interdisciplinary partnerships. Highly engaged within RMIT and broader education communities, Sophia’s commitment to collaboration, student-centred learning and curriculum excellence continues to set benchmarks for teaching and learning innovation at the university and the sector more broadly.

Daniel Lee's research focuses on the intersection of contemporary education, technology, the arts, and cultural studies. His research covers multiple fields with two major areas being music pedagogy and digital technologies in Education. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Adelaide's Digital Learning and Society hub. His doctoral work explored the cultural implications of pedagogical approaches in Australian higher education. His research publications cover a wide range of topics, including the integration of information technology in instrumental teaching, the pedagogical value of Australian contemporary popular music, and the impact of COVID-19 on virtual communities. Dr Lee's work on the cultural melting pot of Australian contemporary popular music education, and his studies on gender issues within guitar communities, further highlight his commitment to cultural and social dimensions of music education. During his post-doctoral research Dr Lee has developed the concept of Epistemic Indulgence and researched its connections to other important pedagogical concepts including intrinsic motivation. Self-guided learners using online resources to teach themselves have the freedom to learn whatever they choose, in whatever order, using whatever resources they find best suits them and their whims.

Marissa K. L. E is Senior Lecturer at the Centre for English Language Communication (CELC), National University of Singapore (NUS). She is also a fellow at the NUS Teaching Academy (NUSTA). She has published a monograph – Discourses of Neoliberalism in Singapore’s Higher Education Context: Individualist and Communitarian Perspectives – as well as an edited volume - Discourses, Modes, Media and Meaning in an Era of Pandemic: A Multimodal Discourse Analysis Approach - with Dr Sabine Tan. She has published and presented in the areas of social semiotics, critical multimodal discourse studies, multiliteracies and the use of multimodality for educational purposes.

David Chua is a data scientist at the Office of Data and Intelligence (ODI), National University of Singapore (NUS) as part of the Power BI enablement team. He graduated with majors in data science and statistics in 2022 and continuously researches emerging practices and advancements pertaining to LLM tools to better support various AI-related projects within NUS.

K.C. Lee is the Director of the Centre for English Language Communication (CELC) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her publications and invited presentations span technology-enhanced language teaching and learning, assessment, and living–learning programmes. She serves as principal investigator and co-investigator on grants funded by NUS, the Ministry of Education, and Temasek Foundation.
