Hung-Chang Chen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at National Taiwan Normal University. He holds a PhD in Education Policy and Leadership from the UCL Institute of Education, University College London. His research examines how higher education and teaching-related policies are problematised, governed, and enacted, and how these processes reshape academic professionalism, leadership, and cross-sector collaboration in contemporary education systems. His work has been published in leading international journals in education policy and higher education.

Dr. Chia-Pao Hsu is an assistant research fellow at the Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan (HEEACT). She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology and a Master's degree in Educational Research, Evaluation, and Assessment. She has served as the chief editor of Evaluation Bi-monthly and the editorial assistant for Higher Education Evaluation and Development. Her research interests include quality assurance, transnational education, creativity in teaching and learning, and communities of practice.

Kathie Ardzejewska (PhD) is an Associate Professor with over 20 years’ experience in teaching and learning in higher education, the last eight of these spent at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. She is currently a Senior Academic Developer where she leads from inception, strategic University learning and teaching projects. Collaborating with, and supporting the academic community to design quality innovative curriculum that promotes positive student outcomes, she also assist academics to grow their evidence-based teaching practice and scholarship of teaching and learning. A Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA) she uses this expertise to mentor and coach, and serve as an executive academic board member of several independent higher education providers. She teaches and researchers in scholarship and in leadership and wellbeing in higher education.

Ling Che is currently researching Chinese academic women under the University of Hong Kong’s Dissertation Year Fellowship. She is an adjunct lecturer at the Education University of Hong Kong. She worked as an associate professor at Dalian University of Foreign Languages before relocating to Hong Kong. She was a fellow for the Academy for Leadership in Teacher Education at the University of Hong Kong. She was a visiting scholar at Teachers College, Columbia University in the United States in 2019. Her research is interdisciplinary, with a focus on curriculum, instruction, and gender studies.

Dr Amy Choong Mei Fun is a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Singapore. She teaches Fungal Biology, Comparative Botany, Tropical Horticulture, Natural Heritage of Singapore and “Waste: an overlooked sustainability issue” starting in June 2026. Her Ph.D. was from the University of Hong Kong where she studied Patterns of herbivory on Fagaceae Leaves and her Botany Honours Degree was from the National University of Singapore. Her publications on leaf toughness are still cited even till today. She has worked with Republic Polytechnic as a Technology Development Manager and as senior manager, Research Fellow at the Tropical Marine Science Institute, Givaudan Pte Ltd (world’s largest flavour and fragrance company) and Sungei Buloh Nature Park. She strongly believes that each and every one of us can and must take care of our only home, planet Earth.
