Elizabeth Bembridge is a PhD candidate and Lecturer at the University of Newcastle's School of Nursing and Midwifery. With current experience in nursing education, she coordinates professional experience courses across multiple campuses and maintains clinical practice at Central Coast Local Health District. Elizabeth holds a Master of Nursing (Advanced Practice) and a Bachelor of Nursing with First Class Honours, for which she received the Faculty of Health Medal for outstanding academic performance. Her research focuses on facilitating reflection among new graduate registered nurses through co-designed digital applications. Elizabeth has published extensively on nursing education, technology integration, and professional practice readiness, with recent work appearing in Nurse Education Today, Contemporary Nurse, and Frontiers in Medicine. She serves on the Bachelor of Nursing External Advisory Panel and College Placement Advisory Committee, and received the 2023 Learning Design and Teaching Innovation Award.

A/Professor Anthea Cochrane is the course co-ordinator for the Doctor of Optometry program at The University of Melbourne. She is also the Academic Director for Melbourne Academy of Clinical Educators, a faculty wide initiative that aims to foster relationships and connections for educators as they learn more about clinical supervision and assist student learning in a clinical environment. She serves on the Accreditation Committee for the Optometry Council of Australia and New Zealand. Anthea's research interests include understanding how to best teach professional practice and teaching in a clinical setting.

Tim Beaumont is Academic Director, Educator Development in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences in the University of Melbourne. He leads and supports projects to advance educational practice and scholarship, current projects including those on feedback excellence, the scholarship of teaching and learning, clinical educator development, and generative AI in education, among others. Tim leads development of the Faculty’s annual teaching and learning conference, faculty peer review of teaching, grant and fellowship programs, communications, and further professional development opportunities. He collaborates across and beyond health disciplines, and engages with student leaders with interests in enhancing educational practices and student experience. Tim is completing PhD studies which draw upon practice theories to explore educational development practices for academics new to teaching in universities.

Dr Kim Goodwin is an academic and practitioner working at the intersection of arts management and human resources. Currently at the University of Melbourne, she teaches and researches in the areas of arts careers, management, and employability. Her research addresses employment and leadership within the cultural sector, complemented by broad professional experience at organisations including NAVA, ANZ Bank, and American Express. Dr Goodwin founded Creative Community Connections, a student-led initiative that earned her the 2022 Dean’s Award for Student Engagement. In 2025, she authored Careers, Community and Leadership in the Arts (Routledge). Currently, she serves as the Director of Careers and Mentoring at the School of Culture and Communication and is a board director for Save Our Arts.

Dr Stevie Hepburn is an early career researcher and educator with experience in initial teacher education, interprofessional education, and collaborative practice. Her research explores how collaboration can support professional engagement, teacher preparedness, and wellbeing within school communities. She has contributed to interdisciplinary teams on national and international projects exploring home-school partnerships, interprofessional education, collaborative practice and work-integrated learning to support pre-service and early career educators and health professionals. Her work is informed by the principles of Self-determination Theory, Salutogenic Theory and health promotion and emphasises stakeholder engagement and cross-sector partnerships. Stevie is currently a lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate initial teacher education and serves as the Director of Professional Experience.
