Tulsa Andrews is the Lead, Educational Quality at RMIT University. With more than 25 years of experience across industry, primary, secondary, and tertiary education, she brings extensive expertise in academic practice, teaching, and professional learning. In her current role, she oversees the processes and operations that underpin educational quality across learning and teaching at RMIT. Tulsa is research active, with multiple learning and teaching publications and conference contributions.

Dr. Jane Gavan is an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney, a visual artist and cultural researcher working in Vietnam since 2015, with deep partnerships across the country’s creative and heritage sectors. Jane has a lifelong passion for inclusive leadership, innovative policy and excellence in research and higher degree education. She holds a 2024–2025 artist residency at the War Remnants Museum, in collaboration with the Sydney Vietnam Institute. Her work includes Bammunity (2024), a participatory bamboo watercolour project. She co-led a seminar at the University of Culture (Ho Chi Minh City) on creative practice and trauma in 2024. Jane has also delivered workshops and programmes at the Hanoi Creative Design Festival, organised by UNESCO and the city of Hanoi and the Vietnam Festival of Creativity & Design (VFCD), organised by RMIT University in 2024. She continues to collaborate with UNESCO and Vietnamese public museum sector on building participatory, community-embedded curatorial practices. Jane is an advisory academic of the Sydney Vietnam Institute.

Dr Ida is an Associate Professor at the University of Kitakyushu. His areas of specialization are higher education and applied linguistics. Recently, his research has approached education policy as an element of national strategy, with particular attention to its geopolitical positioning. He is especially interested in analyzing AI policy documents, carefully considering the meanings embedded in their discursive expressions.

Dr. Yaoko Matsuoka retired from a Japanese university and is currently pursuing another higher degree at a UK university, in addition to serving as an Online Faculty and Faculty Evaluator at a US online university. She is the representative of AI & College English Education SIG at JACET. Her research includes AI in higher education, AI and academic ethics, pragmatics, OER in language learning, and open scholarship.

Dr. Yuka Muraoka is a Professor and the Head of the Department of European and American Culture in the Faculty of International Cultural Studies at Seigakuin University, Japan. Her research interests include English education, applied linguistics, and second language acquisition, with a focus on shadowing.
