Dr Jeaney Yip is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing from the University of Sydney Business School. Highly experienced in experiential, mobility and capstone units involving industry, government and community partners, she is dedicated to developing students as authentic, relevant and culturally aware individuals.

I am Hasara Senadhipathi, an educator and Learning Advisor passionate about helping students succeed in higher education. I have experience in English language teaching, academic skills development, and learning support, and I enjoy working closely with students to build their confidence and skills. I hold a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Linguistics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and I am currently pursuing an MPhil in Applied Linguistics. I have also been recognized as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. My research interests include English Medium Instruction (EMI), CLIL, student engagement, employability skills, and effective learning support practices.

Amanda Muscat is a Senior Lecturer and Research Fellow at Victoria University, where she leads and teaches into initial teacher education courses. Her research focuses on pedagogical innovation, digital literacy, and strategies to enhance quality teaching and learning across educational sectors. Amanda is committed to evidence-informed practices that support student engagement, inclusivity, and effective curriculum design.

Dr Bec Marland is an academic leader and researcher specialising in disability, equity, and governance in higher education. Her work explores how policy reform, universal design for learning, and technological change shape teaching practice, professional identity, and student wellbeing. Drawing on critical policy and sociological approaches, Dr Marland contributes to interdisciplinary research on digital transformation and inclusive institutional reform. She is recognised for her academic leadership, and commitment to ethical governance and collegial practice. Dr Marland’s work bridges research and practice, supporting sustainable and rights-driven approaches to educational leadership.

Karina Yuen is an EdTech Development Specialist at the AI Centre for Educational Technologies (AICET), National University of Singapore. Her work focuses on designing AI-enabled learning experiences for higher education, including simulation-based approaches to professional skills training. She has led prompt engineering workshops for educators across universities in Singapore and internationally. Her work has been recognised with the Gold Award at eLearning Forum Asia 2024 and the Silver Award at the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2024. Karina is pursuing a Doctor of Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with research interests in the pedagogical design of AI role-play simulations in higher education.

Professor Edward Palmer is an Academic Lead in the School of media, Communication and Journalism at Adelaide University, specialising in educational technologies and media for learning. He is co-director Director of the Digital learning and Society Hub in the School of Education and researches and teaches about technology in education and the assessment of learning. Edward has worked with industry partners, including government departments, where he has developed online assessment and personalised approaches to learning.

A neurophysiologist by training, Sarah Etherington is an Associate Professor of Physiology and the Associate Dean Learning and Teaching in the School of Medical, Molecular and Forensic Sciences at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. She is nationally and internationally recognised for excellence and leadership in tertiary science education, with interests spanning first-year experience, innovation in physiology education, and the development of inclusive curricula. She judges her own work by her ability to create teaching environments that are responsive to and exalt in student diversity, motivated by the goals of building community and providing pathways to success for all of her students.

Dr Tammie Choi is a Senior Lecturer and Education Research Fellow in Monash University, Australia and an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian. Tammie leads the international student engagement and support program in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. She established the International Students Acculturation Program, an award-winning program supporting international nutrition and dietetics students through peer-mentoring, expanding cultural ways of knowing and doing, and internship programs to enhance graduate employability. To date, she has 36 peer-reviewed publications, 47% education focused.

Thulaisiharan Sivapalan is an Education-Focused Lecturer and Associate Course Coordinator in the Integrated First Year (IFY) program at UNSW Business School. As a Chartered Accountant, he brings industry experience into his teaching and curriculum design. His work focuses on experiential learning, assessment design, and interdisciplinary teaching in large first-year cohorts.

Blake Pepper is an Educational Staff Developer at UNSW. He has a background in a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Diploma of Legal Practice. He is currently completing his PHD at the University of Newcastle. He has been teaching in First Year Integrated courses at UNSW and assists in running the tutor training program in the business school.

Aishah Alanazi is a lecturer at Hail University in Saudi Arabia and a PhD candidate at the University of Wollongong, Australia. She holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Nursing from the University of Glasgow, UK. She has experience in medical-surgical wards and intensive care units in Saudi hospitals and has developed expertise in bedside teaching and the clinical supervision of nursing students. Her research journey began by exploring factors influencing adult critical care nurses’ adherence to VAP prevention bundle guidelines, sparking her interest in translating evidence-based practice into clinical education. Her current research focuses on nursing education, clinical teaching strategies, and bridging the gap between evidence-based guidelines and actual clinical practice through effective student training. She has presented her work at the 3rd International Conference on Nursing Science in Saudi Arabia and has contributed to scholarly publications in her field. Aishah is passionate about preparing competent, confident nursing graduates through innovative teaching methods and evidence-based educational practices. She is committed to enhancing clinical learning experiences and ensuring nursing students develop the critical thinking skills essential for quality patient care.
