Dr Daniel Clarke is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology. Daniel joined the Department’s academic teaching staff in 2019 after completing seven years researching host-viral interactions, with an interest in enhancing immune responses to better combat disease. Today, Daniel has an education-focused role where he coordinates and teaches microbiology/immunology subjects to second- and third-year undergraduate students, while continually striving to improve professional practice to provide exceptional learning experiences for students.

Dr Sophie Paquet-Fifield is a Teaching Specialist in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology in the discipline of Pathology. Sophie joined the Department's academic teaching staff in 2018 after completing 14 years of biomedical research in the fields of skin regeneration, mechanisms of tumour metastasis, and tumour heterogeneity. Today, Sophie contributes significantly to the teaching and learning of pathology to second- and third-year students with a focus on student experience, work-integrated learning, and effective curriculum development.

Dr Hongyi Liang is a Lecturer (Teaching Specialist) in Government at the College of Business, Government and Law. She has been involved in the transnational postgraduate program Master of Arts (International Relations in Economy and Trade) since 2021 and currently serves as Deputy Program Coordinator. An Asia-trained academic teaching in both Australia and China, her work focuses on the influence of culture in higher education. Her project “Taking an epistemological approach to teaching IR in China” received a Flinders University Vice-Chancellor’s Award Commendation for Innovation in Teaching in 2024. Hongyi is also the Student Success Lead for the Government discipline.

Dr Caitlin Fox-Harding is a Senior Lecturer within the School of Medical and Health Sciences and a collaborator with the Exercise Medicine Research Institute (EMRI) at Edith Cowan University. She is also the unit coordinator for components within the Exercise and Sport Science discipline at ECU's Joondalup campus and for the Singapore (PSB) program. Caitlin is the course co-ordinator for the undergraduate double degree (W31) Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sports Science)/Bachelor of Commerce (Sport Business). She is passionate about student learning and has previously served as a sessional staff member in ECU's School of Education. She is dedicated to applying exercise as a tool to improve the mental health and well-being of at-risk populations, including those with mental illness and individuals in antenatal and postnatal stages. With a background in Exercise Science and Public Health with a passion for women’s health, she focuses on empowering individuals to lead healthier lives through tailored, evidence-based physical activity programs.

Dr. Kok Seng Kiong is currently the Head of Undergraduate Business Programs and a Senior Lecturer in Finance at RMIT University Vietnam. He graduated with a PhD from the University of Liverpool focusing on alternative financial and banking systems, and socially responsible investments. His teaching interest is in the area of core finance, looking at applied financial theory, corporate governance, and market microstructure. In his role as Head of Undergraduate Business Programs, he has oversight over the quality enhancement standards of UG business offerings, working with counterparts across RMIT's global campuses in ensuring alignment of localised delivery. This role also sees Seng working heavily with academic teams to further pedagogical alignment with a focus on technological interventions in HE and graduate employability. He has led and co-led numerous research projects funded that address issues on sustainability practice, climate change adaptation and the economics of sustainability.
