Dr William Nketsia is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Program Advisor in the School of Education at Western Sydney University. He is an inclusive education scholar with extensive international experience across Australia, Ghana, Finland, the United Kingdom, and Norway. His research focuses on inclusive education policy and practice, Universal Design for Learning, teacher education reform, and disability inclusion, particularly in low and middle income contexts. Dr Nketsia has led and contributed to several externally funded projects, including Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Australia Awards Fellowships supporting teacher education reform in Ghana. He supervises postgraduate research students and publishes widely in international journals on inclusion, teacher preparation, and equity. Beyond academia, he is actively engaged in community development and capacity building initiatives in education across sub Saharan Africa. His work is driven by a strong commitment to social justice, equity, and improving educational outcomes for learners with diverse needs globally.

Delicia Mandy Nugroho is a PhD candidate at the University of Leeds School of Music, supported by an LPDP (Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education) scholarship. Her research interests include teacher identity, higher education, and alumni employability. She finished her bachelor’s degree at Universitas Pelita Harapan and continued her studies in Piano Performance at Texas State University. She is currently an assistant professor of music at Universitas Pelita Harapan in Jakarta. Outside of teaching, she is also active as both a researcher and reviewer in national and internationally accredited journals (SCOPUS). Previously, she has been involved in many creative programs and won competitions such as the First Prize in the Song Writing Competition by Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, First Prize in the Song Writing Competition by Dirjen PAUD Indonesia, and Third Prize in the Bicara Makroprudensial Podcast Competition hosted by Bank Indonesia for two years in a row (2021 and 2022).

Dr Jade O'Brien-Smith is a Lecturer at UNSW with a PhD in Exercise and Sport Science. My research focuses on collective behaviour and learning. I teach across a wide variety of undergraduate exercise science subjects. I am passionate about fostering student capability and promoting health through active learning and real-world applications.

Reva Ramiah is an Associate Professor at Curtin. Her work advances inclusive, strength-based STEM education through cross-faculty curriculum leadership, Indigenous partnership, and equity-driven pedagogical scholarship. Her research and practice focus on challenging deficit framings in higher education and enabling systemic change through collaborative, evidence-informed approaches across disciplines.

Shuang Li is a STEM academic and equity convenor whose work explores belonging as a teaching practice shaped by relationships, inclusion, and staff–student cultures within disciplinary contexts.

Anuradhi Welhenge is a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering in the School of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences, with interests in inclusive teaching practices and student engagement in engineering education.

Professor Natalie Lloyd [FIEAust CPEng EngExec NER APEC Engineer IntPE(Aus)] is Director – Regional Development, for Edith Cowan University reporting directly to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Regional Futures). Professor Lloyd has experience from across three universities and is recognised for her industry-engagement and being a student-focused advocate resulting in growth of equity student enrolments and their retention. Professor Lloyd’s prior role was in the Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor at Curtin University as Course Lead, Bachelor of Engineering Honours and Master of Professional Engineering, wherein she has been responsible for 6,000 students across five campuses including internationally. Previously, Professor Lloyd has been Associate Dean (Education) The Australian National University (ANU), and Academic Director, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) where she also led the university-wide online examinations. Her research interests include Engineering Education, Work Integrated Learning and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
