Pratima Majal is the Deputy Director at the School of Business, Temasek Polytechnic, where she oversees staff development and academic quality. With extensive experience in pedagogical design and technology integration, she has led numerous training initiatives across schools and Institutes of Higher Learning in Singapore. Previously, she served as Assistant Head at the Centre for eLearning at the National Institute of Education (NIE). Her research interests include AI in education, andragogy in online learning and Workplace Learning. She holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Western Australia, where her thesis focused on teaching adult learners online in Singapore. She also holds a Master of Education from the University of Sheffield, a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and a Specialist Diploma in eLearning and Instructional Design from NIE Singapore. In addition to her education-focused qualifications, she holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from Bombay University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics (B.Com).

Samantha’s experience spans the hotel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives Travel, Conventions, and Exhibitions), and education sectors. Her 22 years of professional experience have enabled her to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and manage projects effectively to achieve strong outcomes. Over the past 14 years, Samantha has worked in the education sector, sharing her industry knowledge and experiences with the next generation of Hospitality & Tourism professionals. She has a keen interest in exploring pedagogical approaches that enhance students’ learning experiences, develop their skills and competencies, and foster both professional and personal growth. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring young adults to help them unlock their potential, as well as mentoring colleagues in curriculum and subject design.

Dr Lucia Wuersch is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) at Charles Sturt University, Australia. Her expertise spans digital internal communication and organisational resilience. With an intercultural background across Europe, Indonesia, and Australia, Lucia tailors her teaching to diverse student needs. Holding a PhD in Communication, her research interests include HRM, regional work, organisational resilience, and digital workplace environments. Lucia specialises in qualitative research methodologies. She has published numerous articles and presented at national and international conferences.

Dr Alain Neher is an Associate Professor in Management and HRM at Charles Sturt University. His roles as Associate Head of the School of Business and Course Director have informed his teaching and learning in higher education. He holds a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. Before joining academia, he worked in industry for over 25 years, including senior leadership roles in private, public, and not-for-profit organisations, as well as in armed forces logistics, with a focus on training. Alongside applied research with industry partners and government agencies, his research interests include business ethics, organisational culture and values, ESG/CSR, digital transformation, and digital communication.

Dr Alfred Wong is an Associate Professor of Finance and Economics in the School of Business at Charles Sturt University. He holds a PhD in Finance from RMIT University, as well as a Master of Financial Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. His expertise encompasses financial and portfolio management and applied economics, with recent research in health economics, sustainable finance and workplace digital transformation. Dr Wong has earned multiple teaching and research awards, published in leading journals, completed an Australian Government-funded project and served as an expert witness in a state parliamentary inquiry.

Monika Maini is a Doctoral Research scholar at National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration. Her research areas include Student voice in higher education, Idea of the university, Political Philosophy of Higher education, Higher education for social justice and Governance of Higher education. She has several publications under her name in Journals, books and International websites. She has also presented her work at several International and National conferences and seminars.
