Ms. Hu is an Ed.D. candidate at the School of Education, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She currently serves as an Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the College of International Business and Economics, Wuhan Textile University. Her research interests include career-oriented foreign language education, as well as intercultural communication.

Dr Seah Zong Long is an instructor in the GEA1000 Quantitative Reasoning with Data teaching team in the National University of Singapore. He has a PhD in Organic Electronics and his current research interest is in integrating AI into improving students' learning outcomes.

Assoc Prof Bimlesh Wadhwa is an accomplished academic and educator whose career spans teaching, research, student development, and community impact. She currently serves as Vice Dean (Student Life) at School of Computing(NUS), and as a Residential Fellow at Tembusu College(NUS), advancing student development and wellbeing. She has supervised and advised many undergraduate and postgraduate theses in Software Engineering and Human–Computer Interaction, and have published, presented, and delivered talks at respected international conferences. In recognition of sustained contributions, she received the Singapore National Day Award (Long Service in Education) in 2025 and the Respect India Award (Global Ambassador) in 2025.

Dr. Soon Wan Mei Amanda is a Senior Lecturer in the Office of the Provost, National University of Singapore. She is a core Co-Investigator of the project.

Reuben Manjit Singh holds a Master’s degree in Life Sciences from Nanyang Technological University and is currently a Teaching Instructor at the National University of Singapore, where he has taught undergraduate life sciences for the past three years, including cross-disciplinary cohorts from arts, social sciences, and science backgrounds. Prior to his teaching role, he spent 1.5 years as a research associate at Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory, contributing to laboratory-based research projects. His professional interests focus on science education, interdisciplinary pedagogy, and assessment design that supports authentic scientific thinking. He is particularly interested in making foundational scientific concepts accessible to diverse learners and in developing learning experiences that emphasize inquiry, discovery, and higher-order reasoning. His current work explores competency-based assessment approaches and curriculum design in interdisciplinary life sciences education.

Dr Ulysses Lam is an Instructor in the Department of Biochemistry at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He holds an MPhil in Neuroscience from The University of Hong Kong and a PhD in Epigenetics from NUS. Ulysses is actively involved in teaching undergraduate practical and cell biology courses within the life sciences curriculum, as well as postgraduate biochemistry modules. He has a strong interest in improving undergraduate biomedical education, particularly in blended and experiential learning. His research interests focus on evidence-based approaches to enhancing student engagement and the effective integration of digital tools into science education.

Associate Professor Peace Wong is an Associate Professor with the Department of Social Work, NUS. She excels in her teaching and is placed on the Annual Teaching Excellence Award (ATEA) Honour Roll (2023-2027. A/P Peace Wong is conferred the Outstanding Social Worker Award (2023), which is the highest award to Social Workers conferred by the President of the Republic of Singapore. The award acknowledges their passion and outstanding professional contributions to the improvement of the social service and healthcare sectors in Singapore. A/P Peace Wong is currently appointed as Chairperson/member to various advisory boards, committees and panels in the Government and social service agencies.

Associate Professor Lydia Lau is the Deputy Head (Undergraduate Programmes) and Chair of the Education Innovation Research Programme, NUS Nursing, and a Teaching Fellow at the NUS Teaching Academy. She is a strong advocate for pedagogical innovation and technology-enhanced learning, including simulation and virtual reality. She co-chairs the Ministry of Health’s national Registered Nurse Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA) framework and has received multiple teaching awards, including placement on the Annual Teaching Excellence Award (ATEA) Honour Roll (2014 to 2025).

Alex Mitchell teaches interactive media design in the Department of Communications and New Media at the National University of Singapore. His research explores the use of interactivity and play as part of storytelling. His teaching incorporates experiential learning and play by having students apply theories directly in interdisciplinary, hands-on projects, encouraging them to push beyond their comfort zone and explore new approaches. Alex is a member of the NUS Teaching Academy.

Johara Khan, MSc, BSc Hons, BSc., is a Biomedical Sciences graduate of Stellenbosch University in Cape Town, South Africa. She currently serves as an academic programme coordinator, with experience in academic development, curriculum design and renewal. With a strong focus on advancing innovative, learning-centred teaching and learning within higher education, she brings a creative and evidence-informed approach to academic development. Her research interests bridge the health sciences, especially clinical anatomy and histology, with teaching, learning and assessment in higher education.

Simbongile Ntwasa is an Advisor at the Centre for Teaching and Learning, Stellenbosch University. His work centers on students’ transformative learning, supporting academics in designing inclusive and effective teaching and learning experiences that foster student success. He is passionate about creating equitable educational environments and advancing socially just pedagogies. His research explores social justice in higher education, with a focus on how teaching practices can challenge systemic barriers and promote meaningful learning for diverse student populations.

Olebogeng has a professional background as a Lecturer in the Technical and Vocational Education sector, a stint in the banking and financial services industry, and is currently an academic developer in higher education. In his current role as Advisor: Curriculum Transformation at the Centre for Academic Planning and Quality Assurance, Stellenbosch University, Olebogeng advises programme leaders and faculties on curriculum transformation, focusing on the review, redesign, and renewal of existing programmes and modules. This is achieved in collaboration with other internal stakeholders, aiming to promote Africanisation, decolonisation, and restitution. He also assists faculties with programme renewal projects funded by the University Capacity Development Grant of the Department of Higher Education and Training.

Kairat Moldashev is an Associate Professor at the Business School of SDU University and a researcher and consultant based in Almaty. He holds a PhD from the University of Malaya. His research interests span Political Economy, Regionalisms, and Higher Education Studies, with particular emphasis on higher education and research policy. His teaching portfolio includes Research Methods, Evidence-Based Management, and Data Analysis. He has held senior university leadership roles, including Vice-Rector for Research, Vice-Provost for Research, and Provost and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Research. His professional experience covers the development and implementation of research strategies, establishment of research culture, research training, commercialization of research outputs, research performance evaluation, and coordination of PhD training. His recent research projects include serving as Senior Researcher on Creating an Enabling Research Environment in Universities and Research Institutes of Kazakhstan, and as Principal Investigator for Kazakhstani Universities’ Responses to COVID-19 and Post-Pandemic Strategies and Integration of Kazakhstani Researchers into the Global Scientific Community. His work has been published in leading international journals, including Journal of International Relations and Development, Higher Education Quarterly, Studies in Higher Education, Journal of Economic Integration, and Asia Pacific Business Review.

Dr. Jingwen Chai is an interdisciplinary educator and researcher at the Department of English, Linguistics and Theatre Studies at NUS.

Dr. Li Neng Lee is a Senior Lecturer of Psychology and is concurrently the Deputy Director at the Centre of Teaching and Learning and a Fellow of the NUS Teaching Academy.

Dinithi Ravindrika Samarakoon is a Registered Nurse, academic, and Program Convenor of the Nursing Program at the Edith Cowan University (ECU), Sri Lanka Campus. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Kotelawala Defence University. She is also currently reading for a Master’s in Nursing Education at Lincoln University, Malaysia. Dinithi has gained extensive clinical experience working in both government and private healthcare institutions in Sri Lanka, including the National Hospital, General Hospital, University Hospital KDU, and Lanka Hospitals Pvt Ltd. Alongside her academic role, she has contributed to national and international research projects, notably a multi-country study with the International Developmental Research Centre (IDRC). Her research interests lie in the areas of nutrition and disease risk, childhood obesity, non-communicable diseases, and child health nursing. She has presented her work at several international conferences and was awarded the Early Career Travel Scholarship by the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS) at the 22nd International Congress of Nutrition in Tokyo, Japan. Dinithi is also an active member of professional organizations, including the Nutrition Society of Sri Lanka and the Graduate Nurses’ Foundation of Sri Lanka. Passionate about advancing healthcare education and research, she is currently seeking PhD opportunities to further contribute to the field of nursing and health sciences.

Dr. Peter Lau, MEd, EdD, FHEA, is a Lecturer and the Program Leader of Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education at Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre, HKU. Peter is a reviewer and mentor in various PD programs, also a faculty liaison and pedagogical consultant in student-staff partnership, student agency, and AI-integration. His recent projects received recognitions: National Higher Education Teaching Awards (Tier-two, 2022), the Power of Partnerships (Global Bronze) at the QS Reimagine Education 2023, HKU’s Teaching Innovation (Team) Award 2023, and Exemplary Teaching and Learning (Silver) at the eLearning Forum Asia 2024. He is leading a government-funded inter-insitutional project exploring GenAI use in T&L enhancement through a pedagogical partnership approach and collaborative showcase (2026-28).
