Dr Anna Golab is a Course Coordinator and Lecturer in the Finance Discipline at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University, Australia. Her research focuses on behavioural finance during economic uncertainty, forecasting analysis, and modelling financial market volatility. Her PhD examined volatility and long-term relationships in European emerging markets using cointegration techniques. She is a member of the Finance and Investment Research Cluster (FIRC), contributing to research in financial markets, investment behaviour, and economic modelling. Xiaolei Feng is a Lecturer in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She holds a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from Jilin University (China). She is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA) and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA). Her teaching and scholarship focus on materials education, active learning, and the development of students’ spatial and conceptual understanding in crystallography and materials structures. She designs scaffolded, constructivist-informed learning activities that integrate visualization tools, peer learning, and guided inquiry. Xiaolei is actively involved in educational innovation projects exploring virtual reality, visualization software, and communication-focused assessments in engineering education.
