Arpita Das is Lecturer in Gender and Cultural Studies at the University of Sydney. Her research interests include intersex studies, sexuality studies, and reproductive technologies in global south contexts. She completed her PhD in Gender and Cultural Studies at the University of Sydney. She has an MA degree in Women’s and Gender Studies, and an MA in Social Work. She has extensive experience as a scholar-activist in South and Southeast Asia in areas of gender-based violence and sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Prof Lolita Edralin is a Professor of Practice in Accounting. With over 30 years of industry experience in the Accounting and Finance field, she brings real-life examples into the classroom and inspires and motivates students using the leadership skills gained at work. In addition to rewards in the form of grades and salaries, she believes that students and employees are motivated to excel and contribute if they feel heard and experience personal growth and development. To bring the best out of her students, Prof Edralin actively experiments with new technologies and pedagogies.

Sasiwimol Klayklueng is a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Director at the Centre for Language Studies, National University of Singapore, where she has taught Thai since 2000. Her teaching and scholarship focus on assessment for learning, willingness to communicate, and intercultural competence development, with recent work on digital storytelling to support spontaneous spoken interaction. She holds an EdD in Language Education from the University of Western Australia, an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Melbourne, and degrees in English Studies from NUS and Chiang Mai University. She has received multiple NUS teaching awards, including the ATEA Honour Roll (2023–2027), and has led MOE and CTLT grants on intercultural competence and immersion learning. Her publications include Phuut Thai: Intermediate (NUS Press, 2023) and articles on intercultural development and writing in Thai as a foreign language. She serves on the editorial board of the Electronic Journal of Foreign Language Teaching.

Dr Wender Lemos Martins is a Professional Teaching Fellow at the University of Auckland Business School, where he teaches Design Thinking and leads postgraduate capstone consulting courses in Strategy and Innovation for MBA and MBM students. His teaching is grounded in applied, experiential learning and a strong focus on feedback, reflection, and skill development. Working across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he supports students in building confidence, professional judgement, and communication capability, preparing them to create meaningful impact for client organisations as well as wider societal and sustainability contexts.
