Rita Pidani is a Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator at the Newcastle Australia Institute of Higher Education (NAIHE), Singapore. She teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate business programs and has extensive experience in blended and guided learning design for adult learners. Rita’s teaching and scholarship focus on digital learning, technology acceptance, and practical approaches to enhancing student engagement and learning experiences in higher education. She is actively involved in course coordination, curriculum design, and accreditation-related work, and regularly supports teaching innovation within partner-delivery contexts. Her current interests include guided learning in blended courses, trust in digital learning technologies, and practice-based scholarship of teaching and learning.

Dr. Zachery Quince is a senior lecturer and engineering education researcher, curriculum developer, and higher education leader. He holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering, a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (Innovative Learning and Teaching), and a PhD. His work focuses on programmatic assessment, professional skills development, and the ethical integration of generative AI in higher education. Zach has led innovative engineering curriculum design, secured multiple teaching and learning grants and awards, and presented widely on professional skills mapping, academic integrity, and GenAI to enhance student success, curriculum transformation, and industry readiness

Courtney Geritz is proud Aboriginal woman, leading dynamic marketing teams to influence strategic decisions around communication, marketing, and brand management. With almost two decades of experience in the higher education and tertiary sector, Courtney has followed her passion for communicating the value of education and rewarding student experiences, through several marketing roles across Australia. After growing up in a regional town without access to a local university, her focus has always centred around opportunity for regional and remote students. As a PhD Research Candidate, at the University of the Sunshine Coast, her research explores student expectations and their experience to further understand these drivers in the context of Higher Education.
