Danielah Martinez, Lecturer in Industrial Design at UNSW and PhD candidate, investigates critical and participatory design methodologies to challenge normative practices. Her pedagogy research advances inclusive teaching and assessment innovation in design education. She is professionally recognised through participation in industry discourse, judging panels, and is the recipient of international design awards.

Bronwen Williams is a Lecturer in the School of Art & Design at UNSW, Sydney. Her creative practice encompasses installation art, interactive media, experience design, and object design. An internationally recognised Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), her pedagogical approach and research centres on strategies that empower students as lifelong learners.

Dr Hassan Khosravi is an Associate Professor at The University of Queensland and is internationally recognised for his work on artificial intelligence in education. Trained as a computer scientist, his research lies at the intersection of the learning sciences, human–computer interaction, and artificial intelligence. He focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of responsible AI-powered educational technologies that enhance learning, assessment, and feedback at scale. Hassan has published over 130 peer-reviewed papers, secured more than $6.8 million in competitive research funding, and received numerous accolades, including being named among the top 2% of scientists worldwide. His contributions include influential conceptual frameworks for explainable AI in education, major literature syntheses and systematic reviews on applications of AI in education, and empirical research on the use of generative AI to support learning.

Professor Jason Lodge is an educator and psychological scientist internationally recognised for his work on learning, educational technology, and artificial intelligence. He specialises in translating research evidence into effective and practical strategies for public and private sector organisations, particularly education systems and institutions. He serves as an expert advisor on learning and AI to UNESCO and the OECD, and in Australia advises the National Ministerial Task Force on Artificial Intelligence in Education and the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). His research and leadership are supported by more than $5.3 million in competitive funding and recognised through numerous accolades, including being named among the top 2% of scientists worldwide. He has held senior academic leadership roles at The University of Queensland and is a frequent public speaker and media commentator on the future of education and learning.

Pip Robinson is the Professional Learning Capstone Coordinator for the Master of Teaching degree at the Faculty of Education at The University of Melbourne. She has extensive experience teaching at Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels and for over 20 years she led departments in schools, both in Australia and internationally. Pip’s research interests revolve around identity development in early-career teachers and music education, through a methodological focus on artography, critical autoethnography and creative non-fiction narrative.

Dr Jing Ye is a Senior Learning and Teaching Specialist in the STEM College at RMIT University, where she leads the design and integration of industry‑partnered learning (IPL) across undergraduate programs in the School of Science and Computing Technologies. Over the past three years, she has focused on embedding RMIT’s Active, Authentic, and Applied (AAA) Signature Pedagogy and Digital Spine into the STEM curriculum, creating impactful blended learning experiences that strengthen student engagement and workforce readiness. With a PhD in Management from Deakin University and a Master of Education from Monash University, Jing brings extensive experience across teaching, learning design, and educational research. Her expertise spans assessment design, digital learning, and innovative, technology‑enhanced solutions to contemporary educational challenges. From 2019 to 2021, Jing served as Project Coordinator for the Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) Program, demonstrating her commitment to fostering excellence in learning and teaching across the higher education sector.

Nada Jarni is a Senior Advisor for Educator Development at RMIT University, dedicated to strengthening academic capability through evidence‑informed, values‑driven professional learning. She leads strategic initiatives that promote inclusive, student‑centred teaching and supports educators in adopting contemporary learning design and digital pedagogy practices. Nada has been instrumental in institution‑wide programs focused on inclusive teaching, curriculum renewal, and digital transformation. She has led cross‑functional projects that enhance educator confidence and contribute to sector conversations on effective academic development. Her work is grounded in collaboration, reflective practice, and a strong commitment to equity in education. With extensive leadership experience across primary, secondary, system, and tertiary sectors, Nada brings a holistic understanding of the full continuum of learning and teaching. She is particularly passionate about reflective practice, academic integrity, and fostering innovation in learning design, enabling her to support educators at all stages of their professional journey.
