Rebecca Wospil is a Teaching Focused Academic at Victoria University, working within the First Year College and contributing to the osteopathy program. She holds qualifications in Food Science and Nutrition (BHSc), Clinical Science (BSc), and a Master of Health Science in Osteopathy, along with a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education. In addition to her academic role, Rebecca is a practicing osteopath with over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, bringing real-world clinical insight to her teaching practice. Rebecca’s academic interests centre on student-centred learning, evidence-informed practice, and strategies that enhance engagement and inclusion in early tertiary study. Her research includes investigations into feedback literacy and student engagement, including work on the impact of three-dimensional printed anatomical models in block-mode delivery. Rebecca is committed to creating supportive, inclusive learning environments that prepare health profession students to become lifelong, evidence-based practitioners.

Dr Hua Qian Ang is the founder of EPIC Engineering Comic, a Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia, and an award-winning engineering educator, researcher, and cartoonist at RMIT University. Dr. Ang is deeply passionate about engineering education, with a vision to make it free, accessible, and equitable worldwide. Through the creation of EPIC Engineering Comic (https://www.epicengineeringcomic.com/), she aims to share authentic engineering knowledge and inspire a global audience to explore engineering through imaginative storytelling and visual arts. Apart from engineering education, Dr. Ang's research focuses on the mechanical properties and deformation behaviour of light alloys, particularly magnesium alloys. Outside of academia, Dr. Ang currently holds multiple leadership roles focused on supporting community-driven engineering initiatives. She has been widely recognised in the media for her innovative contributions to engineering and education.

Rayhan Ara Zaman is an educator and researcher whose work focuses on inclusive education, belonging, and teacher professional development. She is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education at Monash University, where her research examines primary school students’ sense of belonging in Bangladesh through quantitative scale development and Photovoice methods. Her work aims to strengthen educational inclusion for marginalised students in South Asia. Rayhan is also an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education and Research, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has taught, supervised student research, and contributed to curriculum design and assessment. Previously, she worked at the University of Rajshahi, gaining extensive experience in teaching and academic coordination. Alongside her doctoral studies, she works as a Research Assistant at Monash University, contributing to projects on student belonging, international student experiences, religious education, and identity-building. She has published in peer‑reviewed journals and co‑authored books on inclusive and equitable education.
