Professor Picard: Professor Michelle Picard currently serves as Pro Vice Chancellor at Flinders University, Australia. Michelle's research focuses on academic literacies, higher education pedagogies and practice including online and blended learning and professional learning.

Dr Shannon Johnston: Dr Johnston currently serves as Head of Professional Learning at Murdoch University in Western Australia. Their research and practice focuses on empowering academic staff and supporting effective learning, teaching and student support.

Kiruthika Ragupathi is Senior Associate Director with the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She has organised and taught pedagogical courses for academic teachers, leads professional development programmes, course design institute. Her research work focuses on academic development, assessment, interdisciplinary education, student living-learning experiences, and technology-enhanced learning. She has a doctorate in Higher Education: Research, Evaluation and Enhancement at Lancaster University, UK.

Yoko Mori completed her doctoral programme in Higher Education at the University of Otago, New Zealand. Prior to this, she worked as a project researcher in faculty development at The University of Tokyo, where she had also earned her master's degree from the Graduate School of Law and Politics. She currently teaches English at the Institute of Science Tokyo. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia (HERDSA). Her research interests include professional identity development, motivation, English as a Medium of Instruction, intercultural communication, and internationalisation of higher education.
