Dr. Estee Ch'ng holds a PhD in International Business from the University of Sydney Business School, where her thesis examined how incumbents navigate digital disruption. Her scholarly interests encompass international business strategy, organizational processes, and digital transformation, emphasizing digital innovation strategy within international business contexts. Estee's pedagogical approach is distinguished by her integration of substantial industry experience with academic frameworks. Her teaching philosophy centres on bridging theory and practice, enabling students to connect conceptual foundations with contemporary business realities. As a reflective SoTL practitioner, her educational research focuses on the nexus of collaborative learning and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), with specific attention to employability skills development and their cultivation in higher education settings.

Dr Linh Nguyen is a Lecturer at the University of New South Wales - Centre for Social Impact (UNSW CSI). Linh’s research and teaching are driven by an aspiration to catalyse meaningful changes. Linh has researched and collaborated with social impact businesses across Australia, Vietnam and other countries in Southeast Asia. Linh’s research interests focus on social entrepreneurship, women’s entrepreneurship and social impact measurement. Linh teaches Social Entrepreneurship Practicum courses (WIL courses) for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Linh actively collaborates with industry, community partners and other stakeholders to build meaningful connections that bridge academic knowledge with real-world application and foster positive societal impact.

Dr Connie Chan received her PhD from the Sydney Business School and has been teaching and coordinating International Business (IB) subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Connie's research interests - internationalization process of emerging market firms, role of institutions, family business groups, and agrifood industry. Utilising her experience in MNEs, public service, and small businesses across various countries, Connie helps students to develop analytical skills and apply learning to practice. She is a HEA Fellow and award recipient for tutoring and lecturing.

Dr Biju Philip is an award-winning academic at La Trobe Business School, La Trobe University, Australia; a Fellow of CPA Australia; and the 2023 Fellow at La Trobe Asia. He holds a PhD in Management and brings more than two decades of experience across academia, commercial enterprise, and the not-for-profit sector. Dr Philip specialises in qualitative research with a focus on curriculum innovation, inclusive pedagogy, and international student engagement. He coordinates and teaches in postgraduate business programs with high international enrolments and has led evidence-informed curriculum redesign initiatives that enhance student success, promote active learning, and strengthen assessment alignment in blended learning environments. His professional background includes senior financial and strategic roles at the University of Melbourne, alongside earlier commercial experience. This interdisciplinary foundation shapes his applied, authentic, and student-centred approach to experiential learning. Dr Philip also contributes to community development through leadership roles in not-for-profit organisations.

Dr Rosemary Sainty currently lectures on undergraduate and postgraduate programs in management at UTS Business School and is the recipient of the UTS Vice-Chancellor' Teaching Award in 2025 and WIL Australia Awards Finalist in 2024. Rosemary is the founding Australian Representative to the UN Global Compact, having led a national program to expand responsible and sustainable business practice, funded by Federal Treasury. She has completed a PhD examining corporate sustainability and responsibility leadership and her latest research looks at responsible management education with a forthcoming article in the International Journal of Work Integrated Learning; and the role of purpose and stakeholder governance, published in Business & Society, 2025. Rosemary has played a strategic role in leading UTS's institutional response to sustainability, and was awarded the Business School Leadership Award in June 2021. In 2020 she co-founded the Australian Positive Organisational Scholarship Community of Practice with over 1000 members. Professor Franziska Trede is a Professor of Higher Education and Professional Practice at UTS. Franziska is the past President of the Australian Collaborative Education Network (ACEN) and a Principal Fellow of Advance HE. At UTS, she leads the UTS wide Professional Education and Practice Network, and she is the course coordinator of the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching and Learning. Her research interests include professional learning, social justice education, professional identity development, and she has conducted numerous funded research projects in the areas of workplace learning, agency, leadership and enhancing learning with technology. Franziska has published 1 co-authored book and 8 co-edited books and over 100 peer-reviewed book chapters and journal papers. She serves on the editorial boards for Studies in Continuing Education and Active Learning in Higher Education. Franziska has presented her work on local, national and international platforms.
