Dr Stephen Tan is a management and marketing lecturer whose work turns disruption into scalable capability for future-ready organisations. He leads the Murdoch University Mentoring Programme, architecting governance, analytics, and frameworks that enable learning, research and professional development to scale in alignment with workforce and industry needs. Grounded in industry practice, Stephen’s research examines how technology disruption reshapes work design, leadership and employee outcomes, designing evidence-based interventions that enhance employee experience, learning, adoption, and engagement. He serves as Deputy Chair of the Board of Studies and the Learning & Teaching Innovation Committee, Academic Chair for postgraduate HRM courses, and Chair of HR Curriculum Advisory Committee, collaborating with industry partners to advance course learning outcomes mapping and accreditation-readiness. Stephen’s portfolio integrates rigorous evidence with practical delivery: mentoring-as-a-service ecosystem, ethics-aware AI capability-building, assessment integrity, and industry-partnered engagement that translates into measurable capability. Assoc Prof Bimlesh Wadhwa is Vice Dean (Student Life) in the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore and a Residence Fellow at Tembusu College. With over 35 years of experience in teaching, research, and service, her interests include Software Design Patterns, Human–AI Interaction, and computing education, with a focus on AI-resilient assessment. She is Founding Chair of ACM-W Asia Pacific and Founding Advisor for the Women in Tech group at NUS.

Assoc Prof Anandha Gopalan is Program Director for Graduate Studies in the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore. His work spans sustainable computing, educational technologies, and the use of technology for social and economic development in low-income contexts, particularly in education, healthcare, and commerce. He is deeply committed to graduate education, mentoring, and student development, and actively explores how computing can drive inclusive and responsible innovation.

Dr Gene Segarra Navera is Senior Lecturer at the Centre for English Language Communication and a Fellow at Tembusu College, National University of Singapore. With over 20 years of teaching and research experience, he specializes in rhetoric, critical discourse studies, and writing and speech communication pedagogy. He is the author of The Rhetoric of PNoy (2018) and Beauty Spectacle (2025) and serves on several international editorial and advisory boards.

Dr Cherie Lucas is a Nexus Fellow in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the UNSW. She resides on five International Editorial Boards, four as Q1 journals, with two of those boards as an Associate Editor. Since 2016, Dr Lucas is also one of the Editors and peer coaches for a Scholarly International Blog platform, PulsesRx. She has received several Vice-Chancellor citation awards for her work and international research awards for her SoTL work. She is also a recipient of the 2019 AAUT Citation award for the individual category for motivating and inspiring student learning.

Katherine Olston is the Director at the Centre for English Teaching (CET) and Head of the Learning Hub at the University of Sydney. She oversees pre-entry English language and academic skills pathways courses and post-entry academic support programs in mathematics and academic skills and language development. Her research interests include academic learning support, and she is currently completing a PhD at the University of Sydney looking at conceptualisations and enactment of teaching, learning and assessment of the graduate qualities in in higher education.

Dr. Alex Garcia is the Academic Lead (Academic Language and Learning) of the Learning Hub at the University of Sydney. She coordinates, designs and delivers academic support offerings to students from all backgrounds throughout their learning journey: from writing an essay to writing a PhD thesis. In addition to research in the field of academic literacies in tertiary education, she investigates language and ideology from the perspective of Systemic Functional Linguistics and Corpus Linguistics.

Amanda White is an education-focused Associate Professor in Accounting at the UTS Business School. She has been recognised at a national level for her innovation in assessment and the learner experience, as a winner of Teaching Excellence Award for Law, Business, Economics by the Australian Awards for University Teaching and a Medal in the Order of Australia. Her current work at UTS focuses on supporting academics in facilitating student learning, improving assessment in the age of GenAI to ensure that institutional credentials remain valuable and representative of a high quality education.

Audrea Warner is a Professional Teaching Fellow in the Graduate School of Management. She has been teaching at the University of Auckland in various roles for over 20 years. Her areas of teaching include Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Marketing. As a member of the wider University of Auckland teaching Community, Audrea feels a strong sense of responsibility to engage, enlighten, and empower her students both now and for the future. She want her students to learn from the past, be proactive in the present and work for a better tomorrow.

Associate Professor Stephen Tay obtained his PhD from Imperial College London under the National Research Foundation (Clean Energy) Overseas Scholarship. For contributions to teaching excellence in NUS, Associate Professor Tay was awarded the Annual Teaching Excellence Award for three consecutive years, and subsequently the University Teaching Awards Honour Roll (2024-2028). He currently serves as 1) Associate Director in the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology and 2) Fellow of the Teaching Academy in the National University of Singapore (NUS). He developed the CLEAR (Contextualised Learning via Enquiring, Answering, and Reflecting) approach in teaching, and worked with educators to implement CLEAR across disciplines and institutions locally and overseas to enhance teaching and learning.

Courtney Theseira is of Malaysian and Ngarrindjeri descent. She is a PhD Candidate and her background is in secondary education and wellbeing. She teaches into Aboriginal Studies, bringing her expertise in culturally responsive education and Indigenous perspectives Her interests range from Aboriginal Wellbeing in Education to Indigenous Data Sovereignty and Governance on a local and national level.

Dr Kay Hammond (she/her) is a senior lecturer in the School of Community and Public Health at Auckland University of Technology, Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand. Her research interests include using qualitative methods to explore student and staff experiences leading to development of teaching, learning, and wellbeing. She recently co-edited the book Navigating tensions and transitions in higher education, published by Routledge. She is exploring how GenAI impacts learning and teaching experiences. In her other life, she is a performing improvisational comedienne.

Dr Wei Zhang is a Lecturer and early career researcher at the Graduate School of Education, University of Western Australia. Her expertise lies in educational leadership, policy, and teacher education, with a strong focus on gender, equity, and inclusion. Her research examines how women and culturally and linguistically diverse leaders navigate institutional boundaries, visibility, and legitimacy in educational settings, foregrounding issues of power, social justice, and relational leadership. Dr Zhang currently co-coordinates the Master of Teaching (Secondary) program and teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate courses in educational leadership, assessment, and research methodology. She actively mentors students in action research, systematic reviews, and evidence-informed leadership practice. Her current research agenda includes a meta-aggregation systematic review of culturally and linguistically diverse women in educational leadership, alongside collaborative work on simulation-based leadership development. Dr Zhang is committed to bridging research, practice, and policy to advance ethical, inclusive, and socially just leadership in education.

Tanya Fitzgerald is Professor of Higher Education, a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and Dean of the Graduate School of Education at the University of Western Australia. Tanya has held leadership roles in universities in New Zealand, England and Australia. Her research focuses on historical and contemporary understandings of gender, leadership and policy in higher education

Aman holds PhD in Management from Deakin Business School, Deakin University, demonstrating his academic foundation in the field. He supplemented his academic qualifications with a Graduate Diploma in Pedagogy (professional teaching qualification) from the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, the University of Melbourne, reflecting his dedication to pedagogy and teaching excellence. Also, he completed the Tutoring in Business and Economics (TBE) program from WCLA, Faculty of Business and Economics, the University of Melbourne. He is part of the WCLA team as a peer mentor, contributing positively to teaching excellence at the Faculty of Business and Economics. Aman has a proven track record in subject coordination, curriculum design, LMS maintenance, student support, and in delivering both face-to-face and online education, aligning with the desired skills for his position.
