Dr. Michael Dzator is a Lecturer in Mathematics at the School of Access Education, Central Queensland University. He is also a Mathematics and Statistics learning adviser at the Academic Learning Centre (ALC). His research interests are mathematics education and Applied Mathematics. Michael's research spans Applied Mathematics, Economics, and Mathematics Education. His work has been published in various high-quality academic journals ranked 'A' and 'B' by relevant ranking systems. These include Teaching Mathematics and its Applications, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Developing Areas, Lecture Notes of Management and Industrial Engineering, and The International Congress on Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM).

Dr. Portia Simelane is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Access Education at Central Queensland University (CQU). She is also an Academic Communication learning adviser at the Academic Learning Centre (ALC). She has a PhD in Demography and Population Health, and her research interests include teacher development, supporting at risk students in higher education, literacy and numeracy, as well as education and development

Mr. CAI Renjie is currently pursuing an EdD in the Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong. His research interests are higher education, assessment and feedback, international student mobility, and students' career trajectories

Dr Dewa Wardak is a Senior Lecturer in Business Educational Development at the University of Sydney Business School. With a background in Learning Sciences and Technologies, her research explores digital and postdigital education, networked learning, pattern languages, object-based learning, and the experiences of international students in higher education. She is passionate about advancing sustainable leadership in business education by integrating SDG-driven pedagogical approaches to foster responsible leadership. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and serves as an Associate Editor for the journal Australian Educational Researcher (AER).

Dr Alice Huang is an education-focused lecturer in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences. Her interests include science education, student support and educational design, particularly in the context of teaching and assessment in large, diverse cohorts. She has completed a Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies (Higher Education) and is an Advance HE Senior Fellow (SFHEA).

Moshfeque E Jahan works as a Student Support Officer in higher education, supporting students across academic and learning support contexts. His work centres on the student experience, with a particular focus on how support initiatives are designed, delivered and evaluated to assist student success and progression. He regularly collaborates with students, professional staff and academic colleagues and has a strong interest in how the impact of student support is understood and communicated within institutions. Moshfeque is an emerging researcher who is interested in practice-informed scholarship, especially the relationship between lived student experience, institutional accountability and evidence-based decision-making. His current work explores reflective and mixed approaches to understanding the effectiveness of student support beyond traditional quantitative measures.

Hui Ting Chng, Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, National University of Singapore and registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council since 2009. She is a fellow with the NUS Teaching Academy. She is a dynamic and passionate educator, with the expertise to bridge the teaching of cross-disciplinary pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical sciences, and interdisciplinary arts and sciences. She is adept at using various active and collaborative learning pedagogies such as jigsaw, fishbowl discussions and visual thinking strategies, underpinned by constructivist, motivational learning, and cognitive load theories, to engage students in their learning. Her education research interests are on interprofessional and interdisciplinary education, active and collaborative learning pedagogy, mentorship, motivation in learning and empathy. Her disciplinary research interests are in the areas of pharmacokinetics of drugs used in veterinary medicine and drug information.

Heather Gaunt, PhD, B Music, BAHons, PostGDip Art Curatorial Studies, GCertHigherEd, is a Senior Research Fellow – Specialist in the Museums & Collections Department at the University of Melbourne (UoM). With over 20 years' experience in interdisciplinary experiential tertiary education using campus museums, she has led numerous research projects in education scholarship internationally. Currently, major projects and teaching include leading a Health Humanities Global Classroom impact study with UoM, National University of Singapore, and University of Hong Kong; leading in Intercultural Heritage Global Classroom curriculum project for UoM, with Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico, and the University of Hong Kong; and co-teaching a Medical Humanities intensive subject in UoM's Doctor of Medicine programme.

Kalli Spencer is a Senior Education-Focused Lecturer in Clinical Skills, Faculty of Medicine and Health, UNSW Sydney. He has a particular interest in communication, reflective practice, and professional identity in health professions education. His teaching and research emphasise psychologically safe learning environments, educator identity, and innovative approaches to assessment and curriculum design across undergraduate medical education. Jackie is an AI Technologist with a background in philosophy and computer science, driven by a love of stories, meaning, and continuous growth. He supports technology implementation with clarity and empathy, ensuring solutions are accessible regardless of technical background. At UNSW, he has focused on the development of the Scout AI Agent and is passionate about exploring scalable processes that improve over time into a positive healthy ecosystem.

Shireen Junpath is a Professional Teaching Fellow in the Learning and Teaching Team at the University of Auckland Business School. Her work focuses on designing and delivering Academic Skills programmes for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as leading peer mentoring initiatives and Graduate Teaching Assistant training. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE.

Michelle Picard currently serves as Pro Vice Chancellor at Flinders University, Australia. Michelle's research focuses on academic literacies, higher education pedagogies and practice including equity in higher education.

Dr Rachid Hamadi is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Computer Science and Engineering. He has taught widely across programming, databases, software engineering, and capstone projects. His research spans workflow modelling and service-oriented computing. Currently, Dr Hamadi focuses on computing education, exploring inclusive learning frameworks, immersive technologies, and process mining in education to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.

Michael Coaches Communities In Need For Universal Success with a daily Mantra of, “Serve, Serve Well, Serve More”. With successful behavioral healthcare acumen across lifespan care, he transferred his skill sets to international communities including Jordan, India, Nepal, Laos, Cambodia and China. The past eight years have been dedicated to developing higher education services centered on crafting, implementing responsive curriculum with responsive feedback cycles supported by a Students as Partners framework. He holds a Master's in Health Services Administration, and Bachelor's in Psychology.
