Ravi’s research is multi-disciplinary, industry-relevant and explores the evolving relationships between IT-enabled innovations and performance in organisations, healthcare and in improving students’ learning experience and ‘work-readiness’. He has published more than 100 research articles, and his work appeared in several leading international journals such as Information & Organisation, Accounting Auditing & Accountability Journal, Information Systems Frontiers, Australian Journal of Management, Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education and others. His current collaborative research projects include impact of AI, blockchain & digital transformation on business & professions, sustainability information systems, honesty in managerial reporting and healthcare analytics. He held several leadership positions including chairperson – Supply Chain Council ANZ, Education Committee of the Association for Information Systems. During his career, he has successfully introduced several teaching innovations - work integrated learning, simulation gaming, technology integration into business curriculum, technology-enabled active learning, and, designed two post graduate programs. He was recipient of Australian post graduate research award, university of Sydney business school teaching excellence award and Australian Kit Dampney prize for Information systems teaching and research.

Nining Ismiyani is a PhD candidate at the School of Curriculum, Teaching, and Inclusive Education at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, where her research focuses on lecturers' perceptions of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in the context of English Language Teaching (ELT). Nining holds a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Tanjungpura University, Pontianak, Indonesia. After five years of teaching there, she pursued a Master’s degree in English as an International Language at Monash University’s Faculty of Arts. Subsequently, she returned to Tanjungpura University before resuming her academic journey as a PhD candidate at Monash University’s Faculty of Education, where she has been conducting research for the past two years and several months. Her research interests include English Language Teaching (ELT), Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (TELL), digital learning (including LMS and gamification), material development, and broader educational issues. Nining has published articles in both nationally and internationally indexed journals.

A/Prof Silas Taylor is a UNSW Faculty of Medicine and Health Nexus Fellow, SFHEA, Fellow of the Scientia Education Academy, and a recipient of a Vice Chancellor’s Award for Teaching Excellence. His expertise is in teaching, experiential learning, assessment and curriculum design related to Clinical Skills in health professions programs and, more widely, the implementation of a variety of technology-enhanced approaches to teaching and assessment, including ePortfolios, oral assessment and innovative uses of AI.

Ms. Nompumelelo (Mpumi) Mazibuko brings over a decade of expertise in higher education to her role as Evaluations Officer at the University of Witwatersrand. She plays a pivotal role in managing and implementing the Blue Explorance programme, aimed at facilitating the evaluation of students’ learning experience using the University’s online platform, thereby enhancing efficiency and accessibility of evaluations. With a Bcom Honours in Human Resource Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Higher Education) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree under her belt, Mpumi has garnered a reputation for her insightful presentations on evaluations, curriculum development, and teaching and learning strategies, both within South Africa and on the international stage. Her contributions reflect a deep-seated commitment to advancing teaching and learning methodologies that support student success. Passionate about staying at the forefront of educational trends, Mpumi is eager to broaden her perspective beyond the South African landscape, actively seeking to explore global best practices and emerging trends in the field.
