Rupali Hinge is an early-career researcher currently completing an Honours degree, with a growing focus on evidence‑based practice and student learning in nursing. She has been an Associate Lecturer in Nursing for seven years, where she supports diverse cohorts and is dedicated to enhancing teaching approaches that promote student confidence and clinical readiness. Her academic work is informed by 12 years of clinical experience in critical care, where she developed expertise in high‑acuity patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration. Rupali’s current research interests include the learning experiences and support needs of international nursing students. She aims to improve educational strategies and strengthen culturally responsive teaching practices that help international students thrive. As a presenting author, Rupali brings together clinical insight, teaching experience, and research curiosity to advance nursing education and workforce capability.

Dr Alice Huang is an education-focused lecturer in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences. Her interests include science education, student support and educational design, particularly in the context of teaching and assessment in large, diverse cohorts. She has completed a Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies (Higher Education) and is an Advance HE Senior Fellow (SFHEA). Dr Dewa Wardak is a Senior Lecturer in Business Educational Development at the University of Sydney Business School. With a background in Learning Sciences and Technologies, her research explores digital and postdigital education, networked learning, pattern languages, object-based learning, and the experiences of international students in higher education. She is passionate about advancing sustainable leadership in business education by integrating SDG-driven pedagogical approaches to foster responsible leadership. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and serves as an Associate Editor for the journal Australian Educational Researcher (AER).

Dr Dewa Wardak is a Senior Lecturer in Business Educational Development at the University of Sydney Business School. Lexter J. Mangubat is an instructor at the Faculty of Education, University of the Philippines Open University, where he teaches instructional design, online teaching and learning, educational media production, and game-based learning. He holds a Bachelor of Education Studies major in Alternative Education Systems, graduating cum laude from the same institution, and recently completed his Master of Distance Education. He is actively involved in the PAGTULAY Program, a university initiative supporting Persons Deprived of Liberty in pursuing higher education through distance learning. His research focuses on prison education, student identity formation, and learning support in constrained environments. He has published a book chapter on multimedia learning material production and authored journal articles on educational technology, including gamification and virtual learning environments. His current scholarly work bridges inclusive distance education design, institutional collaboration, and widening participation for marginalized learners.

Jeffrey Naqvi is an ex-industry professional now working in higher education. His research focuses on the next generation workforce, whether exploring new models of work-integrated learning (WIL), connecting students to a deeper understanding of themselves as they craft their career development, or using AI as a virtual industry partner to deepen the industry-academia collaboration experience. He currently works at RMIT University where he is responsible for the WIL Internship academic program for both undergraduate and postgraduate communication degrees, which delivers experiential learning to approx. 400 students per year.
