Shamika Almeida is an Associate Professor at the Business School at the University of Wollongong, Australia, and a Senior Fellow with Advance HE. Shamika has also successfully designed and implemented the undergraduate internship curriculum for business students to develop graduate competencies and prepare work-ready, responsible, and reflective business graduates in the last eight years. As an educational leader, she fosters collaboration, respect, and openness, and pursues critical reflection and growth to help teaching staff nurture an inclusive learning environment that enables students to flourish. As a result of reflexive conversations, she has led and published 9 teaching and learning scholarly journal articles and 4 conference papers with over 15 early-career academics, mostly sessional teaching staff.

Ranjodh is a Senior Lecturer and Discipline Lead at the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance at Curtin University. His research interests include applied econometrics and applied statistics. Before joining academia, he worked in both the private and public sectors.

Dr Lara Molendijk is a lecturer in accounting at Edith Cowan University with a strong focus on student engagement and experiential learning. She completed her PhD at Curtin University in 2022, examining how experiential learning activities influence student engagement. Her work contributes to accounting education through both theoretical and practical insights. As an early career researcher, she has published in the Journal of Accounting Education and continues to advance the field with several projects currently underway. Dr Molendijk is committed to creating dynamic, research‑informed learning experiences that enhance student outcomes in accounting education.
