Kiruthika Ragupathi is Senior Associate Director with the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She has organised and taught pedagogical courses for academic teachers, leads professional development programmes, course design institute. Her research work focuses on academic development, assessment, interdisciplinary education, student living-learning experiences, and technology-enhanced learning. She has a doctorate in Higher Education: Research, Evaluation and Enhancement at Lancaster University, UK.

Fiona has over twenty-five years of global experience in cross sector partnerships. Fiona joined Advance HE in 2024. Previous to this, Fiona held a management role at James Cook University where she led a diverse portfolio of partnership programs in the Graduate Research School. Previously, Fiona’s diverse professional journey includes senior management roles at the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra and the Women's & Children's Hospital Foundation, where she led on partnerships and engagement. Prior to this, she spent 10 years in the United Kingdom, notably 5 years in the International Division at The Law Society of England and Wales, engaged in trade negotiations and spearheading successful initiatives fostering legal understanding and collaboration for the UK legal profession in Asia-Pacific markets. Fiona holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Trade from Monash University and is a nationally accredited mediator in Australia. She is based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Cecilia Anthony Das is a Lecturer in Business Law whose scholarly work examines curriculum innovation, academic identity and pedagogical design in higher education. She was a co-investigator on a HERDSA-funded study exploring how student evaluations of teaching (SETs) shape pedagogical innovation and the conditions that enable reflective teaching enhancement. Cecilia is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and contributes to sector conversations on learning, teaching and academic development.
