Delyse Leadbeatter is an associate professor and Deputy Head of School and The University of Sydney School of Dentistry, having served six years as the Director of Education. Delyse has expertise in teaching and researching focused on higher education professional learning, including the development of professional identity and social awareness. Delyse has authored more than 50 peer reviewed articles, conference presentations, and invited seminars on professional learning, and successfully acquired more than $20,000 in grant funding for education and research. She has made a significant contribution to the evidence-base for facilitating professional learning for dental and oral health therapy students and recently lead a major curriculum review and new program implementation at the Sydney Dental School. Delyse is a Senior Fellow of the Advance HE and acts as a panelist assessor for the Sydney Educational Fellowship and Peer Review of Teaching Program. Beyond the university, Delyse is on the register of accreditation assessors for the Australian Dental Council and chairs the Education Section of the Australasian Council of Dentistry Deans (ACODS).

Audrea Warner is a Professional Teaching Fellow in the Graduate School of Management. She has been teaching at the University of Auckland in various roles for over 20 years. Her areas of teaching include Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Marketing. As a member of the wider University of Auckland teaching Community, Audrea feels a strong sense of responsibility to engage, enlighten, and empower her students both now and for the future. She want her students to learn from the past, be proactive in the present and work for a better tomorrow.

Marlena Calo is a physiotherapist and senior teaching-focused academic, and Director of Clinical Education (Physiotherapy) at La Trobe University in Victoria. She leads clinical education and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programs across undergraduate and postgraduate health courses. Marlena’s scholarship examines how grit, resilience, and mindset influence student learning and performance, and how educational systems can better support students during high-pressure learning transitions. Her work spans multicentre quantitative studies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, qualitative inquiry, and the development and evaluation of targeted educational interventions. She is particularly interested in moving beyond deficit-based narratives of student struggle toward system-level, equity-oriented approaches that embed psychological safety and developmentally aligned learning design. Marlena is passionate about translating research into practical strategies that improve student experience, educator practice, and learning outcomes across disciplines.

Dr Gosia Ludwichowska-Alluigi is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing and a Program Director for a suite of fully online Business programs at Adelaide University Online. After a substantial professional career in industry, she has more than 15 years of experience across academic leadership, teaching, and research roles in higher education. Gosia is an award-winning teaching academic committed to creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences for diverse student cohorts. Her philosophy of teaching is grounded in the constructivist pedagogy and industry-informed experiential learning. She has presented research on the implementation of digital storytelling, interactive oral assessments, and AI-driven nudging at national and international conferences and has published disciplinary research on brand equity and performance measurement in Q1 international marketing journals.

Monica Orlovic is a Lecturer in Marketing at the Adelaide University, College of Business and Law. She coordinates and delivers undergraduate and postgraduate marketing courses, with a particular focus on Consumer Behaviour. Her research sits within Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, focussing on digital storytelling as an innovative pedagogy. Monica’s work examines how digital storytelling enhances student engagement, learning outcomes, and problem-solving capabilities in higher education. She has presented her research at national and international conferences and has been awarded competitive grants to support the expansion of this work. Monica holds a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) and a Master of Business (Research), with her master’s research focused on explaining and predicting retail brand performance. She is currently completing her PhD studies with the Ehrenberg Bass Institute of Marketing Science, Adelaide University, in the area of marketing theory development
