Every gyrus has a name, let's use them
Presentation description
The precise localisation of lesions within the cerebrum is of vital importance in communicating with referring clinicians, both to aid diagnosis and to facilitate treatment. A sound anatomical knowledge of the gyral anatomy of the cerebral hemispheres provides the foundation to allow such precision localisation. In this presentation, gyral anatomy will be described using clinical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. Remember, every gyrus has a name…so let us use them!
