Jarad was admitted to practice in 2007, and practices exclusively in strata and community titles, and associated areas of law. Jarad joined Grace Lawyers as a Partner in 2023, after many years working as a Senior Associate in a specialist firm, developing and honing his skills in the areas of strata and community titles, and property law. Jarad acts for bodies corporate and other stakeholders in the strata industry on the full range of strata-related matters, including transactional and advisory work, as well as disputes and litigation.

As General Manager of Cassels Strata, Kristi leads a team of experienced strata professionals. She has worked in the strata industry since 2006 and is well-versed in the complexities and intricacies of strata management. Teamed with her Bachelor of Business in Management and Certificate IV in Strata Management, Kristi has extensive experience in leading teams in and outside of the strata industry and has a passion for developing teams and individuals to provide professional, outstanding service. With a keen interest in seeing the continued growth and professionalism of the strata management sector, Kristi contributes her experience to the industry in a variety of ways. She has served as an educator in the industry, as a Committee Member for UDIA’s Strata Management Committee, and as a Board Director, including as President, of Strata Communities Association (Queensland) where she enthusiastically contributed to the ongoing professional standards for the strata management industry across Queensland.
