Jenny Strong is a Director for Macquarie Bank. With 25 years experience in the banking and financial services sector, she is driven by her passion for people, property, learning and the evolution of the property services industry.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business in 1999, Jenny joined the Macquarie Bank team in Queensland. Jenny has worked in a variety of leadership roles to support the growth strategies of many small, medium and large businesses with a property services specialisation in both QLD and NSW. In her current role Jenny heads up Macquarie’s Queensland Business Banking Team.

Her expertise spans learning and development, employee engagement, operations, and strategic HR planning.
Having been involved in the strata industry for over 35 years, Michelle has held various roles, including senior HR positions where she played a key role in integrating people and culture across multiple acquisitions. Her ability to lead organisational change has contributed to creating strong, people-focused workplaces.
Michelle is also deeply committed to supporting the industry beyond her corporate role. She served on both the National and Victoria boards of the Strata Community Association and actively contributes through various committees to drive positive change in the sector.
