Biography
As General Manager of Cassels Strata, Kristi leads a team of experienced strata professionals. She has worked in the strata industry since 2006 and is well-versed in the complexities and intricacies of strata management.
Teamed with her Bachelor of Business in Management and Certificate IV in Strata Management, Kristi has extensive experience in leading teams in and outside of the strata industry and has a passion for developing teams and individuals to provide professional, outstanding service.
With a keen interest in seeing the continued growth and professionalism of the strata management sector, Kristi contributes her experience to the industry in a variety of ways. She has served as an educator in the industry, as a Committee Member for UDIA’s Strata Management Committee, and as a Board Director, including as President, of Strata Communities Association (Queensland) where she enthusiastically contributed to the ongoing professional standards for the strata management industry across Queensland.

Andrew has a retail background with over 30 years’ experience commencing with Safeway in Victoria in 1972 and becoming CEO for Woolworths NZ Ltd in 1997 and Deputy Director heading up Westfield NZ Shopping Centres in 2002. He was part of the successful Life Pharmacy (Green Cross Health) public listing and represented Gresham Rabo Private Equity interests in Hansells NZ. He was a Founder of Kids Help Line in NZ and a board member of Barnardos NZ. In 2015 he and his wife Marianne acquired Noosa District Body Corporate Management which has recently rebranded as Team Body Corporate.

Sarah Price is the Government and Industry Manager at Altogether Group with experience in navigating regulatory frameworks, energy solutions, and compliance in strata communities, Sarah is dedicated to the sustainability of the sector through education and advocacy. Her role includes strategic project management, stakeholder engagement, and empowering communities to understand their compliance obligations.
Sarah's career over the last 13 years has centered on the strata sector, from management rights to focusing on energy management, compliance, and sustainable energy sector development. She has been actively involved in advocacy, industry reform, and community engagement. Her work extends beyond individual projects, as she has played a role in developing strategic initiatives related to electric vehicle infrastructure in strata, virtual energy networks, education, and customer relationship management within strata settings. Sarah’s contributions have also included leading safety campaigns and improving processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Joshua Baldwin

Biography
Joshua Baldwin has been a dedicated professional in the strata industry since 2011, beginning as a strata manager. He is currently the Principal and Executive Director of Munro Property Group in South Australia.
His involvement with the Strata Community Association (SCA) began in 2013 as a South Australia Chapter Board member. Serving as SA/NT Chapter President for six years, he led the successful merger of the South Australian and Northern Territory chapters, strengthening industry collaboration. In 2023, he became Immediate Past President, shifting focus to national initiatives and advocacy.
In July 2024, Joshua was appointed President of SCA Ltd. His leadership continues to drive policy reform, industry engagement, and stakeholder collaboration. He plays a key role in SCA advisory groups, including Government Relations, Marketing & Events, and the Strata Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Taskforce.
Beyond policy, Joshua champions mental health awareness and work-life balance in the industry. His extensive community involvement reflects his commitment to building strong, connected communities.
All SCA Ltd Board Members, including Joshua, adhere to the highest governance standards, with completed Registers of Interests and compliance with the Board Confidentiality Policy.
