Biography

Sean Dumigan has earned his well-respected reputation within the strata sector with his vast knowledge of intricate strata legislation and building operations, and his best practice implementation and outstanding client services. In strata management, Sean successfully worked alongside committees in some of Queensland’s largest, highly recognised and most complex strata schemes, handling sensitive and intricate matters with professionalism and an outcome driven mindset. Within Sean’s portfolio included Q1 (526 lots), Circle on Cavill (644 lots), Oracle Towers 1 & 2 (505 lots), Brighton on Broadwater Shores (240 lots) and Reflection Towers 1 & 2 in Coolangatta (230 lots). Sean has also held a National role for a major Hospitality group specialising in management rights within over 100 strata properties across Australia and New Zealand. This role also provided experience in property agreements, leases, hotel and commercial arrangements, and included oversight of the building management requirements in many of the properties.

As a committee member of the UDIA, PCA, HIA, in QLD and on the Business South Bank Board, he has a vested interest in creating change in the industry for a more sustainable future. His current focus is on working with world-leading architects to create buildings that innovate, enrich, and exceed the expectations of not only clients and residents, but also the wider community. Over the past decade Aria has delivered over 2000 units across inner city Brisbane, along with being awarded Best High-Density Developer in Australia in 2023, 2022, 2019, 2018 & 2017 by the UDIA.
