Payment:

A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder first and then contact the conference organiser.

Registration fees can be paid by EFT or online by Visa or MasterCard. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page. If applicable, please ensure you forward your confirmation email and invoice to your accounts department for processing

  • First name, last name, organisation and state/country will appear on your delegate name badge (department names will not be included).
  • The address details will appear on your tax invoice. Therefore please enter these details as you wish them to appear.

Westmead Hospital is pleased to host a select group of attendees for an exclusive pre-conference visit to their facilities. This special opportunity is designed to provide deeper insight into the hospital’s pivotal role in healthcare, research, and innovation. 

This visit will include presentations from Westmead Hospital as well as guided access to a number of the hospital’s facilities, including research facilities, educations spaces and brand new Innovation Hub.

This tour is free to attend for conference delegates, but limited places are available. Please RSVP your attendance type below.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser via afps2025@expertevents.com.au

  • When a written request is received by the conference organiser on or Thursday 16 October 2025, will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110.
  • Registration cancellations received after Thursday 16 October 2025 but prior to Friday 31 October 2025, will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid and 100% of any function tickets paid.
  • No registration refund is available after Friday 31 October 2025. After this date, the conference committee will review any cancellations due to extenuating circumstances.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the AFPS 2025 conference organiser is advised in writing

Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the conference (whichever is first). If you are seeking the early bird registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early bird deadline.

Payment may be made by:

Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Payment can be made via direct deposit. Details are provided on your tax invoice.
