1. If this is your first visit to the ASCEPT-MPGPCR 2016 Joint Scientific Meeting portal you must first create a user account with your email address and your own password. NB: This is NOT your member log-in, it is a new account you are creating specifically for the 2016 meeting. This will allow you to access your registration record at any time until Friday, 11 November to update your contact details, to make changes or to make payment by credit card. Please record your user account details and password for future reference as this will not be emailed to you. Please note that the same email address cannot be used to create an account for additional delegates (an email address can only be used once). Click on the right hand tab "Create a new user account" below and complete the details. When you have entered your account details click 'next' at the bottom of page.


2. If you have submitted an abstract, you have already created an account, please "sign in with your existing account" email address and password.

Welcome to the ASCEPT-MPGPCR 2016 Joint Scientific Meeting online registration site for individual delegates. If you wish to register more than one delegate please return to the meeting website and click on the group registration link.

A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering.  If you do not receive this email, please contact the Meeting Secretariat.

Registration fees can be paid by EFT, cheque/bank draft or online by Visa or MasterCard. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page. If applicable, please ensure you forward your confirmation email and invoice to your accounts department for processing.

Changes and cancellations
to existing accommodation bookings through the Meeting must be in writing to the Meeting Secretariat via ascept-mpgpcr2016@expertevents.com.au.
Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the hotel you are booking.

Summary
Terms and conditions
Registration: Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Registration cancellations received up to Monday, 17 October 2016 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110. Refunds for cancellations received after Monday, 17 October 2016 will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the meeting provided the Meeting Secretariat is advised in writing. Accommodation: Each individual hotel's cancellation policy is listed on the website. Please ensure you are fully aware of the associated charges prior to booking your accommodation.

Payment method

Payment of registration fees may be made by:

EFT - please deposit into ASCEPT ASM account. Banking details on tax invoice.

Cheque/bank draft - please make payable to: ASCEPT Annual Scientific Meeting. All payments must be in Australian Dollars.

Credit card - MasterCard or Visa only. Payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Note: If you are paying online by credit card there is a slight delay while your payment is processed. Please click the 'submit' button once only. Your screen will refresh once the payment has been processed.
