Welcome to the ASCEPT-PAGANZ 2019 Joint Scientific Meeting online registration site. If you wish to register more than one delegate please return to the meeting website and click on the group registration link.

A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please contact the meeting secretariat.

Registration fees can be paid by EFT or online by Visa or MasterCard. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page. If applicable, pease ensure you forward your confirmation email and invoice to your accounts department for processing.

All amounts are in Australian dollars. Australian and New Zealand GST is not applicable. Registration fees are per person and are based on the date of receipt of payment (not based on the registration date).

Terms and Conditions
Registration: Cancellations must be advised in writing to the meeting secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Monday 28 October 2019 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD110. Registration fees will not be refunded after Monday 28 October 2019 unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the meeting. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the meeting provided the ASCEPT-PAGANZ meeting secretariat is advised in writing. Accommodation: Each individual hotel's cancellation policy is listed on the accommodation page of the ASCEPT-PAGANZ meeting website. Please ensure you are fully aware of the associated charges prior to booking your accommodation.
