Welcome to the Design And Technology Teachers’ Association Queensland Conference 2026 online registration form.

A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam/junk folder then contact the conference organiser.

Registration fees can be paid by EFT or online by Visa or MasterCard. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page. If applicable, please ensure you forward your confirmation email and invoice to your accounts department for processing.

  • First name, last name, organisation, and state/country will appear on your delegate name badge (department names will not be included). 
  • The address details will appear on your invoice. Therefore please enter these details as you wish them to appear. 
  • In providing your email address, you agree to receive email correspondence in relation to this conference.

Registration fees are per person and are based on date of receipt of payment (not based on date of receipt of registration). All prices quotes are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.

Early bird registration fees are available up to Friday 8 May 2026 (midnight AEST). Standard fees apply from Saturday 9 May 2026.

Please note that DATTA QLD memberships will be cross-checked prior to the conference. Please only register at the member rate if your DATTA membership is financial. Cancellations

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser.

  • Registration cancellations received by 5pm on Friday 1 May 2026 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $120.
  • Registration cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 1 May 2026 but prior to 5pm on Sunday 17 May 2026, will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid and 100% of any function tickets paid.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm on Sunday 17 May 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the conference organiser is advised in writing.

Payment

Registration fees may be paid by:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Details provided on tax invoice.
  • Credit card - MasterCard or Visa only. Payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Note: If you are paying online by credit card there is a slight delay while your payment is processed. Please click the 'submit' button once only and ensure you press 'Finalise payment' after processing. Your screen will refresh once the payment has been processed.
