A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and then contact the conference secretariat if needed. Should you wish to make changes to your session selection after registering, please email the conference secretariat.

As the conference is this week, registration fees must be paid online by Visa or MasterCard (credit card payments incur a 3% merchant fee) when you reach the payment page.

DO NOT use the back arrow on your web browser to return to a previous page. You can navigate through the online registration process by clicking on the 'back' and 'next' buttons at the bottom of each page.

To register an individual attendee, please provide the following information. These details will be used for all contact prior to the conference.

Please type all information in Upper and Lower Case (e.g. John Citizen). The fields marked with * are compulsory.

If you have any specific dietary, mobility or other requirements, advise these below. (Please leave blank if not required.)

Registration information
Registration fees are per person and include lunch, morning and afternoon teas.

All prices are in Australian dollars and registration is exempt from GST. Early bird registrations are avilable until Thursday, 8 June 2017 and late registrations will be availbale after this date.

Please note that DATTA QLD memberships will be cross-checked prior to the conference.

Conference dinner
The Conference dinner will be held in the Lake View Room at the Lake Kawana Community Centre from 6:00pm (for a 6:30pm start) on Thursday, 22 June. If you wish to attend, please enter the number of tickets required and each attendee name name below.

Tickets are $50 each for a 2 course buffet style meal and a complementary drink on arrival.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Thursday, 15 June 2017 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $55. Registration cancellations received between Friday 16 June 2017 and Wednesday 21 June 2017 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee, unless a medical certificate is provided. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the conference secretariat is advised in writing.
Payment
Registration fees may be paid by:

Credit card - MasterCard or Visa only. Please note that credit card payments incur a 3% merchant fee. Payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Note: If you are paying online by credit card there is a slight delay while your payment is processed. Please click the 'submit' button once only. Your screen will refresh once the payment has been processed.
