On your first visit to the the HEIA(Q) 2025 Conference registration site, you will need to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Click on the "Create a new user account" tab below and complete the details by entering your email address and creating your own password. Record your account details for future use. Once you have entered your account details click 'Next' at the bottom of the page.

 

When revisiting this year's conference site, please sign in with your account email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the forgotten your password link to receive a reset password email.

A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam/junk folder then contact the conference organisers.

Registration fees can be paid online by Visa or MasterCard. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

  • First name, last name, organisation and state will appear on your delegate name badge.
  • The address details will appear on your tax invoice. Therefore please enter these details as you wish them to appear.

Early registration fees are available up to Friday 20 June 2025. Standard fees apply from Saturday 21 June 2025.

HEIA(Q) After Conference Function

Date: 8 August 2025
Time: 4:30pm - 6:00pm

You are invited to join HEIA(Q) at the Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar at the close of the conference. Situated on the 16th floor of the Pullman Complex, this venue offers stunning views of the city skyline and the iconic City Hall Clock Tower. Take this opportunity to connect with fellow attendees and engage in lively conversations in a vibrant, relaxed setting. 

This function is free to attend for conference delegates. Please RSVP your attendance type below. Additional guests are welcome to attend and will require a ticket purchased for $20, if applicable.

The function will include complimentary platters to share. Beverages will be available for purchase.

Optional Masterclass add on

Looking for additional PD? On Saturday 9 August, HEIA(Q) will host two subject specific masterclasses – one for Fashion, and one for Hospitality – to be held at the TAFE Queensland South Bank Campus. Please note, as these masterclasses run concurrently, you can attend only one. Tickets are available to purchase for $100.

Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the conference (whichever is first). If you are seeking the early bird registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early bird deadline of Friday 20 June.

Payment may be made by:

Credit card — MasterCard or Visa. Payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
