This registration site enables you to register your group over 20 delegates to receive a 5% discount. The site will allow you to generate, print and make payment on one tax invoice.

If this is the first time you have accessed the 2025 group registration site, you as the group coordinator must click on the 'Create New Account' button and enter your email address and your own password. Please record these details for future use as they will not be emailed to you. If you created an account for a previous HERDSA conference, these account details will not be recognised, you will need to create a new account. If you have submitted an abstract or already registered for 2024, you have already created an account. Please sign in with your email address and password. Your HERDSA membership account log in details are separate to this portal. 

If you have already registered as a 2025 group coordinator and wish to make changes to your registration or to pay registration fees by credit card, enter your email address and password, then click on Sign in.
