Payment 
Full payment for sponsorship/exhibition packages is due within 30 days of application being approved. Sponsorship packages will be released for sale if payment is not received in the appropriate timing. Sponsor arrangements will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - bank account details will be provided on your invoice. Remittance advice must be sent to iatdmct2025@expertevents.com.au.

Terms and conditions

  1. Expert Events and the congress organising committee reserve the right to amend the sponsorship program or tailor sponsorship packages to benefit the sponsor and/or the congress. Every effort will be made to maximise sponsor benefits as well as delegates’ experience.
  2. All sponsorship bookings must be completed through the online application form and will be confirmed by the organising committee.
  3. Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is preferred.
  4. If you provide notice of cancellation to Expert Events prior to Friday 14 March 2025, you may be eligible for a refund. On or after Friday 14 March 2025, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
