Registration prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and GST is NOT applicable. Early bird registration prices are available until Wednesday 25 June 2025.

We do not have exclusive discounted rates available at nearby hotels and accommodation bookings aren't included in your registration. We recommend booking directly with the hotel for the best rates and availability.

Networking function

Wrap up the day with us at our networking drinks following the meeting! Enjoy a selection of canapés while connecting with colleagues and industry professionals in a relaxed setting.

Attendance at the function is included in your registration; however, for catering purposes, please confirm your RSVP below.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the meeting organiser.

  • Registration cancellations received by 5pm on Friday 11 July 2025 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of NZ$50.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm on Friday 11 July 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the meeting organiser is advised in writing.

Registration fees are charged in New Zealand dollars and GST is NOT applicable.

Payment of registration fees are to be paid by credit card - MasterCard or Visa only. Please note the transaction receipt will be in New Zealand dollars, and will show 'Charged by merchant Expert Events'.
