If this is the first time you are accessing the LLLP 2025 conference waitlist portal, you will need to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT with your email address and your own password. It is important that you record your sign in details for later use. Click on the right hand tab "Create a new user account" below and complete the details. When you have entered your account details click 'next' at the bottom of page.

If you have already created an account for the conference, please sign in with your account email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the forgotten your password link to receive a reset password email.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser via lllpharm2025@expertevents.com.au

• When a written request is received by the conference organiser on or before 9 June 2025, a full conference registrant will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee paid.
• No registration refund is available after 9 June 2025 unless extenuating circumstances apply and the decision is at the discretion of the conference committee.
• Refunds are not available at any time for absentee delegates, partial registrants, or single ticket events.
• Please note each hotel and accommodation provider has its own cancellation policy and for cancellations received after 2 June 2025, any accommodation costs is dependent on the hotel policy.
• Substitution of the full conference registration is permitted up to and including the first day of the Conference and will incur a $50 administration fee. Once a delegate has checked in at the conference registration desk, substitution for that delegate is not permitted.
• New registrations will be accepted at the registration desk only if space permits.
• Refunds will be verified by the conference co-chairs and will be processed following the conclusion of the Conference.
