Payment:

A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder first and then contact the conference team.

Registration fees can be paid by EFT or online by Visa or MasterCard. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page. If applicable, please ensure you forward your confirmation email and invoice to your accounts department for processing.

The address details will appear on your tax invoice. Therefore please enter these details as you wish them to appear.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Conference Management Team, either by mail, fax or email. Cancellations received before COB 14 May will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations received from the 15 - 28 May will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after 28 May. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation. The conference organisers must be advised of such transfer of registration by the 29 May. Transfers will not be accepted after this date and no refund will be granted. Cancellation of accommodation must be made directly to the property. RDAQ is not responsible for any cancellation fees or charges. Insurance disclaimer: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS: Please refer to the cancellation policy applicable for pre-conference workshop registrations where specified by the training provider here: https://conference.rdaq.com.au/2026-pre-conference-workshops/. If the training provider has not provided a specific cancellation policy, the above conference registration policy will apply to workshop registrations.

Payment

Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the conference (whichever is first).

All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:

Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as 'Rural Doctors Association' on your credit card statement and will attract a 1.5% merchant fee.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – payment can be made via direct deposit. Details are provided on your tax invoice.

Note: There is a slight delay while your payment option is processed. Please click the 'submit' button once only and ensure you press 'Finalise payment' after processing. Your screen will refresh once the payment has been processed.
