A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder first and then contact the conference team.
Registration fees can be paid by EFT or online by Visa or MasterCard. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page. If applicable, please ensure you forward your confirmation email and invoice to your accounts department for processing.

We invite medical delegates to support our subsidise-a-student program. RDAQ is committed to growing the rural health workforce of the future. RDAQ2026 is a unique opportunity for medical students to establish networks and rural mentors. Your subsidy will reduce student registration costs. RDAQ manages this program in collaboration with the student rural health clubs in Queensland. Each medical delegate who nominates to subsidise-a-student is invited to attend the student networking afternoon tea on Thursday as a mentor. We encourage mentors to share their experience and passion for rural medicine. If you would like to Subsidise-a-student, please complete the section when registering. Your assistance in helping medical students of Queensland is appreciated.
Health Workforce Queensland will deliver another fantastic Family Program at RDAQ2026, designed especially for the spouses, partners, and children of our rural medical practitioners. The HWQ Family Program will provide a wonderful opportunity for partners and children to connect with others who understand the unique joys and demands of rural life, while enjoying the spectacular tropical setting of Cairns. From 25 – 27 June 2026, we have curated an exciting program that balances social connection with adventure and relaxation.Whether you are joining us for networking events, exploring the stunning Green Island, or enjoying quality time while your children are engaged in supervised activities, there is something for everyone.

Spouse registration fee includes 1x adult ticket to all RDAQ2026 networking functions. The fee does not include attendance at conference sessions. Spouses wishing to attend the entire conference must register as a full-time delegate and complete a separate registration form.
