Payment:

A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to you within a few minutes of registering. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder first and then contact the congress organiser.

Registration fees can be paid online by Visa or MasterCard. Simply select your preferred method of payment when you reach the payment page.

Please note:

  • First name, last name, organisation and country will appear on your delegate name badge (department names will not be included).
  • The address details will appear on your tax invoice. Therefore please enter these details as you wish them to appear.
  • In providing your email address, you agree to receive email correspondence in relation to this congress.
  • Please type all information in Upper and Lower Case (e.g. John Citizen).
  • If you would like your pronouns displayed on your name badge, please type this in the section below. How you type your pronouns is exactly how it will print on your name badge e.g. she/her. This is optional and can be left blank.

Registration fees are per person and are based on date of receipt of payment (not based on date of receipt of registration). All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

  • Attendance at the ADeN Satellite Meeting
  • Morning tea

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the congress organiser.

Cancellation fees:

  • You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount.

If any changes occur to the Satellite Meeting as advertised, reasonable endeavours will be made to arrange for reasonable substitutes, subject to availability and the circumstances that made the change(s) necessary or desirable. Notice of substantial and material changes will be placed on the website. You are responsible for checking for such notifications/alerts prior to the Event.

Payment

All payments must be in Australian dollars. Payment may be made by:

  • Credit card – MasterCard or Visa. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
