Biography

FJK is a company providing advance tooling and devices for automated systems catering industries (Forging, Die0-Casting, Foundry and Investment casting (Loss-Wax), including exotic Materials for Defence. Surface Finishing is a wide spectrum subject for automation, from Heavy cutting, Grinding, to Polishing, Linishing, fettling etc etc and is subjective for interpretation what meets the criteria to match supplier requirements. Whist there are instruments to measure, roughness, reflectivity etc etc, for astatic purposes, much is dependent on Master sample matching and personal interpretation of what is good surface finished product. For engineering surface finishing is easier to match master sample as that usually implies instrumentation / measurement to approve final product been automatically processed.
