Andrew Johnstone is the General Manager of Dickinson’s Metallurgical Supplies, one of Australia’s leading suppliers to the foundry and the wider metallurgical industries. Beginning his career in hands-on operational roles, Andrew developed a practical understanding of production, logistics, alloy processing, packaging, and customer supply requirements from the ground up. Today, Andrew brings nearly three decades of industry experience to leading Dickinson’s strategic direction across sourcing, commodity risk, international supplier partnerships, and market development. Known for his practical approach and strong industry relationships, Andrew combines operational expertise with commercial acumen to help drive long-term growth and innovation. Outside of work, Andrew has a passion for fishing, exploring remote Australia, technology, and the outdoors.
